Study Of Ecological Protection Redline In Tonglu

The ecological environment is the only home where we live on.so it is important that we protect our local environment.To follow the trend,up to the central government to the local ones spend more and more time and money to keep the ecological environmental quality,and try to leave our offspring blue sky,green land and clean water.The redline designation is a reflection of specific environment protection work.And the scientific and clear protection redline is a kind of premise of officials' sensible supervision.According to the background,this study focused on ecological environment situation in Tonglu,tries to draw an ecological protection redline based on scientific evaluation and avoids officials' subjective decisions.In my paper,I don't study in a traditional way.I construct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system on the basis of international and domestic research background and the present situation and future direction in Tonglu.I try to objectively analyze ecological environment situation from different perspectives,and take areas that are high in ecological value and congregate into redline.According to my result,about 332.49km~2 is ecological protection redline,accounting for 18.18%of the whole study area.Among them,68.78%is forest protection redline,which covers 203.56km~2;15.29%is water protection redline,which covers 45.25km~2;11.51%is farmland protection redline,which covers 38.26km~2;8.43%is cultural and historical resource protection redline,which covers 28.03km~2;14.96%is landscape aesthetics protection redline,which covers 43.33km~2;6.62%is with two or more functions,which covers 22.01km~2.Compared with Environment Function Planning in Tonglu,ecological protection redline in this study is 108.83km~2 wider,and overlap area is 119.31km~2,which is somewhat related to the difference of redline designation standard.The area which belongs to Environment Function Planning in Tonglu but not included in this study is 104.23 km~2,mainly in east of Tonglu.The reason for the phenomenon is that the planning we refer to are different,the range of important water area,forest park,natural reserve areas,international forest is different,and human factor.On the other hand,the area which belongs to this study but not included in Environment Function Planning in Tonglu is 213.06 km~2,mainly in east of downtown of Tonglu,parts of Xinhe,parts of Yaolin,and parts of Hecun.I add these areas into my ecological protection redine is because these areas are high in forest biomass,or they are permanent basic farmland,or they have multi-values including scenic aesthetic value.And on the whole,these places are concentrated and continuous.Above all,this study respects scientific evaluation result more.It never designate redline optionally and subjectively.It doesn't put places which are not easy to develop or places which are traffic inconvenience in mountains.It put places which have ecological and cultural value into redline instead.
