At present,the global temperature rising,this has become a bottleneck restricting the development of human society progress and,therefore,how to reduce global carbon emissions has become a global issues the focus of concern.In the environmental situation and expectations of the climate warming construction under the condition of environment friendly and resources-saving society,our government departments to formulate relevant policies to realize energy conservation and emissions reduction,new energy industry has got rapid development.Among them,the beijing-tianjin-hebei region won a brand-new opportunity of development.After decades of development,the beijing-tianjin-hebei three regions have established industry collaboration,the advent of the era of energy conservation and emissions reduction will promote further cooperation between the three.In the current situation,the industry of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region cooperation strategy for our country and in other parts of the city to provide reference.Today’s competition way is not a simple competition between enterprises,but the competition between supply chains,therefore,how to use supply chain contract design to reduce carbon emissions in the supply chain,to promote the harmonious development of the economy and environment,so as to further the economic and social benefits of the supply chain,which is the ultimate starting point in this paper.In this paper,the applications of consumer behavior factors to a single retailer and supplier of two stage supply chain,the introduction of game theory,supply chain contract theory and relevant theory,to complete in strict limit carbon emissions and carbon tax under the dual phase of supply chain collaboration strategy research.First,under the carbon tax system,completed to build carbon emission reduction model of supply chain,using the comparison analytic method to compare before and after the reduction of profit,consumer preferences for decision-making and analysis the result the influence degree of the size.Second,under the carbon emissions quota system,through the system analysis method to complete the construction of the supply chain coordination model to systematically analyze the different preferences of consumers and the government’s carbon emissions limits in terms of supply chain coordination.Through example analysis of the model,summarized under the condition of the wholesale price contract,apportion coefficient to reduce emissions will not affect the retailer and the supplier’s optimal profit,with the increased awareness of consumers to buy low carbon products,supply chain carbon reduction measures could be carried out smoothly,at the same time of implementing green supply chain management,enhance the market competitiveness of supply chain enterprise,make its benefit is achieved.In this paper,the first chapter is introduction,mainly introduced the paper selected topic background and significance of topics,and the domestic and foreign research present situationhas carried on the literature review.The second chapter is the theoretical part.Mainly include:low carbon economy related theory and industry related theory.The third chapter is the beijing-tianjin-hebei carbon emissions present situation analysis.By analyzing the status quo of carbon emissions of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,method of application of carbon dioxide emissions identities respectively calculated carbon dioxide emissions from 2000 to2104 in value,the numerical results show that the beijing-tianjin-hebei three regions have reached the standard of absolute carbon reduction.Chapter 4 completed on carbon tax system construction,the fifth chapter is under the carbon emissions quota system,build the supply chain collaboration model to reduce emissions,and the calculation of the model analysis,work out in the above two kinds of system optimal carbon strategy together.The sixth chapter is the summary to full text,through summarizing this article research conclusion and research prospect.
