The Management And Research Of Safety Production Of P-Aminophenol

Some pharmaceutical companies have upgraded their production equipment and technology with the development of science and technology. But the upgrades also generated many new risk factors, such as more hazardous chemicals, more complicated and dangerous process, wider variety of equipments, etc. If these factors are not effective safety controlled, often lead to accidents, resulting in economic losses and casualties. Safety management is very important for improving profit and competitive power of pharmaceutical companies.This paper has adopted the method of theory analysis and case analysis to research safety management of M Pharmaceutical Group in Hebei. By analysis of technology, safety features and risk factors of production process, along with investigation of large numbers of literature about safety management as well as the results of other experts' research, some important problems were found out and some advices were gave. These advices were about how to improve safety management of the different risks in safety management system, such as safety standardization, equipment, hazardous materials, production process, working environment, storage, etc. This paper has also given reasonable suggestion of better safety management to help other companies who upgraded production equipment and technology to avoid all kinds of accidents.
