The apple, which was called Nai,also called Taopo in the old China. The apple is sour and sweet, and very delicious.The nutrition of apple is rich, both young and old are appropriate this fruit. It is nutrition value and the medical value are very high, the apple is called "the doctor's first medicine" by more and more people. Apple is a very healthy food, the most impertant substances in it is called apple polyphenol. The research of apple arouses widespread concern in science research workers in recent years.The apple polyphenols were extracted by ethanol with ultrasonic and acetone.Then measuring the oxidation index of the apple polyphenols. Seperation and purification were done to separate LEC,Chorogenic acid,and other main phenolic compounds of apple polyphenols by macroporous resin. We have reviewed the present research on apple polyphenols from three aspects such as main compositions, the methods of extraction and purification, which would provide some information for further study and using of apple polyphenols.Using static adsorption test to screening the most appropriate type of the resins.Then confirming a more optimization of resin proportion by dynamic adsorption and desorption test. We used the method of HPLC to find the elution conditions of Apple polyphenols,then we made sure that we used the C18 chromatographic column.The mobile Phase contens methanol and 2mM phosphoric acid aqueous solution, points and gradient elution.and column temperature is 40?. and wavelength Max. Absorbance is 280nm.There are Epieateehin, Cateehin. Proeyanid in B, Phloridzin. Chlorogenie aeid, Coumarie acid and Phloretin in the pulp and the core.The contents of neutral phenolic compounds in skin are more than that in puls and core.But the contents of Phenolieaeids in core are more than that in skin and pulp.Rutin and Quereetrin were not detected in the pulp and the core of the defective apple.The content of neutral phenolic compounds is the largest in skin in Defective apple and the content of phenolieaeids is the most in core.Rutin was notdeteeted in the core, Rutinand Quereetrin were notdeteeted in the pulpand the skin of the Defective apple. Defective apple ethanol extract of AB-8 macroporous resin's adsorption and desorption contain chlorogenic acid, and ferulic acid advantage phenol; macroporous resin of HPD-80's adsorption and desorption contain catechin, ferulic acid,and advantage phenol; macroporous resin jof HPD-100's adsorption and desorption contain catechin, chlorogenic acid, and rutin advantage phenol; macroporous resin of LKS-02's adsorption and desorption contain catechin advantage phenol; macroporous resin of LX-36's adsorption and desorption contain chlorogenic acid in phenol; Combination of macroporous resin adsorption and desoiption contain catechin, chlorogenic acid, rutin, and quercetin advantage phenol; Ferulic acid was not detected.We maxed the HPD-80,LKS-02 and LX-36 by the method of string of column. Then made the oxidation experiments of DPPH and ABTS. We ues the method of HPLC,looking for the purification conditions of Liquid chromatography elution. The ehromatographie separation was carried out using mobile Phase methanol as solvent A and 2mM Phosphoric acid as solvent B on C18 column.The calculation of purity of apple polyphenols was used to optimize industrial production conditions. The experimental results show that the combination of three types of macroporous resin adsorption effect of rutin and quercetin after enhanced obviously, but ferulic acid adsorbed by certain inhibition, after antioxidant activity experiment, learned that the string of three kinds of macroporous resin column method makes apple polyphenol antioxidant activity increased, enhanced efficiency of about 22.2%.The result will be helpful to empolder the defective apples.
