The protection of the environment is the prerequisite of human daily life and the development progress,now Marine pollution day by day,marine pollution will not only get in the way on economic growth and also to the human living environment caused great damage.In recent years,the Marine pollution caused by security problems greatly increased,gradually become the human problems that cannot be ignored.In China a long coastline,abundant Marine resources,though conducive to the economic development of our country,the safety of the Marine pollution problems also brought a heavy burden to the state,if you can discover the pollution and make early warning and processing,marine pollution can be caused by security problems effectively in infancy,greatly reduce the security problems.Compared with foreign mature Marine monitoring technology,Marine monitoring technology in our country is relatively backward,in concept,management and technology and a lot of deficiencies and defects.So this article designed a scope of work in 2 km,can collect autonomous navigation,autonomous monitoring and real-time and shore-based station offshore mobile monitoring platform of communication,can realize monitoring automation,the management of the related departments and monitoring provides a convenient and possible.The design of the monitoring platform collection many kinds of technology,have fully automated,much freedom,scalable and can real-time and shore-based station communication advantages,than the traditional methods to reduce the human resources,reduces the security hidden danger caused by manual operation and relative cost is low.The platform with energy,and equipped with solar energy clean energy can bring energy to charge,can also switch to solar power supply mode.Hull monitoring platform is built to adopt stainless steel monohull,and is equipped with two propellers to push,platform also contains homemade monitoring system,it contains four kinds of water quality monitoring sensors for real-time monitoring of the required water quality parameters,equipped with a homemade acquisition system can be specified for water sample collection,platform selects the NI company LabVIEW software platform development,test and application of monitoring.This article first from the working environment and build a monitoring platform of the whole system work demand,the basic structure and basic functions of monitoring platform in detail in this paper.Then,from two aspects of hardware and software design,concrete construction monitoring platform.Among them,the hardware is mainly divided into navigation system,power system,energy system,communication system,the collection and detection system,the control system of six big system,in order to achieve platform required functionality.In the hardware facilities,this paper introduces the navigation system,communication system and monitoring system.The software design process from software system,design the interface clear and easy to operate,information transmission and communication,serial port,such as GPS read function to compile.Finally,the designed platform integration,many times the test results show that the platform can realize the basic function of six big system,especially the navigation system is perfectly designed to achieve goals.
