These pipelines are in high temperature,high pressure,poor service environment and other conditions,it is very easy to pipeline burst,corrosion leakage?The emergence of any kind of situation may affect the life safety of the workers and the normal operation of oil field production ? Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the kind of pipeline failure mode,to discuss the causes of the failure and to figure out the main factors and controllable factors.According to the research institute can be more scientific formulation of maintenance and replacement plan,to ensure the safety of pipeline operation?In order to grasp that may exist in the service of the pipeline defects found,This article from the detection principle,the use of conditions,advantages and disadvantages of these aspects of the common pipeline defect detection means were discussed,Such as ultrasonic testing,thickness measurement,infrared detection,magnetic memory,etc?Actual work can be selected according to the specific circumstances?In the master of Fengcheng oil field thermal recovery pipeline operation of the premise,we found that the block of thermal recovery steam injection pipeline elbow easier problems ?
