The boai sea region is located in the bohai bay basinof east China.Liaohe oil region in the north,jindong,dagang oil region in the west,and shengli oil region in the south.In the past seven years,16 large and medium-sized oilfields and 2.3 billion cubic meters of oil have been discovered in the bohai oil region,which is the largest oil reserves in China in the same period.So far,bohai has found 3.6 billion cubic meters of oil,85 percent of which is heavy.Thermal recovery of heavy oil is the main mean of heavy oil exploitation,steam condensation water and crude oil easily formed the W/O emulsion in the process of thermal.It will cause oil flow channel congestion and increase the difficulty of exploitation.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on the technique of anti-emulsification.In this paper,aiming at the problem of heavy oil thermal recovery,I invent a new type additive based on the bohai block of heavy oil properties,it can effectively reduce the surface activity of oil-water interfacial film,thus inhibiting the formation of emulsion,lower the viscosity of the system,so as to improve recovery factor.In this paper,three kinds of anti-emulsion agent were synthesized from the properties of viscous oil,and finally the effective anti-emulsion agent was given.And factor of influence on the performance of the product,performance and heat resistance performance was evaluated.The product has 80% anti-emulsification rate and 65%viscosity rate to the crude oil emulsion of 30% water.The effect of steam tracing oil displacement experiment shows that steam injection potions than pure steam flooding can improve the recovery factor by almost 20%.Finally,i analyzed the mechanism of the anti-emulsion agent.Studies have shown that the agent have high activity and strong diffusion ability,can quickly adsorption on the oil-water interface to replace colloid and asphaltene molecules,which is the main factor to prevent the formation of emulsion.
