Textile industry is a main and important livelihood industry of China’s national economy.With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing and industry 4.0,textile industry transformation and upgrading become imminent.it is an inevitable trend to realize textile intelligent manufacturing.For industry 4.0 or intelligent manufacturing,Cyber-Physical Systems(CPS)are their core component.Therefore,it is greatly significant to study CPS for the realization of the textile intelligent manufacturing.There are several typical problems faced to develop CPS in the textile industry.Firstly,it is complicated to realize real-time data acquisition and transmission,due to the complexity of textile production environment and the particularity of equipment.Secondly,it is difficult for the traditional relational database to manage data effectively because of the large scale of textile production data,the diverse structure and the real-time processing.Thirdly,how to combine the equipment data and the production data to analyze comprehensively the production status.Based on the analysis of the particularity of the textile production,this paper puts forward the multi-point real-time data transmission strategy based on the improved master synchronous CAN bus,which effectively solves the conflict problem in the multi-point transmission process of the textile data and improves the real time and reliability of the data transmission.On the other hand,the traditional database and No SQL database are used to realize the organic fusion of production data and equipment data.Finally,the application of Cyber-Physical Systems in weaving is realized through the development of the actual system.The main research results include:1.This paper gives the overall framework of CPS oriented to textile intelligent manufacturing.Based on the analysis of the particularity of industrial production environment and the characteristics of textile production,this paper puts forward the multi-point real-time data transmission strategy based on the improved master synchronization CAN bus to solve the problem of real time and reliability in multi-point data transmission environment,which provides a reliable guarantee for the realization of the Cyber-Physical Systems.2.The Cyber-Physical acquisition module and the master control module are developed in Cyber-Physical systems,and the data acquisition technology and the improved master synchronous CAN bus are studied deeply,which lays the foundation for Cyber-Physical Systems apply on the intelligent manufacturing textile.3.Due to the characteristics of large-scale and multi-structure of textile industrial data,this paper uses SQL Server 2008 and Mongo DB database to realize the storage of textile big data.The collected physical and production data of textile machines are linked to each other by means of reference links to get the state of the machine and the production conditions,which provides technical support for the coordinated control of textile machines.Finally,the relevant research results are applied in fabric manufacturing enterprises,Weaving manufacturing Cyber-Physical Systems are developed and realized.The results show that the multi-point real-time data transmission strategy based on improved master synchronization CAN bus is correct and effective,it can make the data transmission and storage more real-time and reliable.The practical application of the system lays the foundation for the intelligence of the weaving process.
