With the gradual development of the spinning technology from aerospace and military areas to everyday life, the application of spinning pieces is becoming more widely. The requirements to shape and quality of spinning pieces are also increasingly high?However, most industries in China still rely on the traditional manual programming to process using NC machine tool on the spinning parts production. Nowadays manual programming seriously influences the development of spinning technology and the application of spinning parts further.To solve the above problem, an automatic programming algorithm is presented which is suitable for spinning machine with the SIEMENS-840 D system. A set of automatic programming software is established based on CATIA / CAA platform which can generate some code. Through simulating these codes by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software the progress is created which can be applied in machine. Combing ANSYS secondary development with scripting language, simulation module is developed, that is embed in ANSYS software, realizing fast simulation. This software would shorten the time of the spinning parts from design to manufacturing, reduce the rejection rate and improve the quality of the product. This software aims to achieve the rapid generation of NC programs for five-axis CNC spinning machine, and make simulation on generated NC program, and finally would realize the true sense of the code generation, simulation, and process integration. Completing the task that programmers cannot accomplish, through making simulation the software would reduce the errors from CNC programming and unreasonable design parameters and finally realize the purpose of spinning manufacture digitized.
