A Study For The Development Strategy On Safety Evaluation Of Eervice Enterprises

In the recent 30 years, as the continuous growth of the national economy level, the government is paying more and more attention to the safety of people’s lives and properties.The supervision on the safety production by the government has been lifted to a whole new level. Especially after China joined the WTO, the safety management of manufacturing has been getting greater and greater attention.Safety evaluation is to protect people’s lives and properties and prevent accidents from happening. It’s the safe guard of national economy and steady development. In the circumstances of economy and society shifting, safety evaluation services has made its own effort for the nation’s economy growth, society stable, political harmonious and people’s livings. However, our country is in a high speed developing period. The social undertakings have made remarkable progresses and the manufacturing is getting more and more complex which calls for higher and higher standards of safety evaluation. The present domestic safety evaluation companies are facing many challenges, same as problems, such as the lack of service consciousness of employees, the underdeveloped management systems and codes of safety evaluation facilities, and the poor performance of economies of scale, etc. It’s the inevitable need to face the problems, find the discrepancies, encourage and guide the safety evaluation facilities into prompt, order and healthy development.This article is based on the theories of enterprise strategies, combined with an example of a safety evaluation company J, mainly using SWOT and other methods to analyze it and make development strategy, mid-long term developing goals, guide lines for it, and give a detailed suggestion for the healthy development of safety evaluation service companies.According to the overall design and researching threads, This paper can be divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction, introducing the background which from the thesis, researching methods and contents, and the article structures. Chapter 2,Overview of Enterprise Strategy, is to specifically expound the basic concept and general theories of strategy management. Chapter 3, General Situation of Safety EvaluationService Companies, is to tell the details of the origin, the development and the general situations of safety evaluation service companies using Company J as an example. Chapter4, Analyze on the Strategy Circumstances of Safety Evaluation Service Companies, is to use enterprise strategy management theories and methods to compare and analyze the recent internal and external environment of safety evaluation service companies and the competitive environment of this industry. Chapter 5, Choice of Development Strategy for the Safety Evaluation Service Companies, is based on the analyze of internal and external advantages and disadvantages and the chances and challenges, using SWOT matrix,summed up the strategy combinations and made out the general strategy goal and presented the suitable developing strategy for the company.
