The failure and deformation of the roadway in the contact zone of ore and rock has seriously affected the normal production of mine and the safety of personnel,the roadway in the contact zone of ore and rock should be supported in a timely and effective way.Through analysis of failure and deformation characteristics of the roadway in the contact zone of ore and rock in Daye Iron Mine,the failure and deformation of roadway is due to the non-confirming deformation of both sides of the rock mass of the roadway in contact zone of ore and rock,it need to study the support that aimed at the failure and deformation characteristics of the roadway in the contact zone of ore and rock.Based on this,through drawing test,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field monitoring,the systematic study on the support scheme and the deformation prediction of roadway in the contact zone of ore and rock in Daye Iron Mine is carried out.The pull-out test of GFRP bolt under different anchoring length was carried out in the laboratory,the test results show that the tensile strength of the GFRP bolt increases with the increase of the anchorage length,the roadway supporting by the GFRP bolt in the contact zone of ore and rock is determined by the full length bolt.Through the analysis of the plastic zone radius,the length of GFRP bolt should be more than 1.52 m.By the numerical simulation of the roadway supporting under four kinds of the GFRP bolt length as 1.6m,1.7m,1.8m and without bolt support,the length of GFRP bolt is determined as 1.7m,the exposed length of GFRP bolt is 0.1m.Based on the failure and deformation characteristics of the roadway in the contact zone of ore and rock in Daye Iron Mine,it is put forward the four kinds of primary supporting scheme of the roadway that is the non-symmetrical supporting scheme of the GFRP bolt sparging and anchoring,the "X" anti shearing supporting scheme of the GFRP bolt sparging and anchoring,the non uniform prestressed supporting scheme of the GFRP bolt sparging and anchoring and the common supporting scheme of the pipe seam bolt sparging and anchoring in cantact zone of ore and rock.A comprehensive evaluation model of the ideal solution for TOPSIS is established based on the Euclid distance and grey correlation degree,and the evaluation model is used to evaluate the primary supporting scheme.The non-symmetrical supporting scheme of the GFRP bolt sparging and anchoring is determined as the optimal supporting scheme.The reliability analysis of the optimal support scheme shows that the reliability of the roadway support structure is 0.9005 when the roadway in the contact zone of ore and rock is supported by the optimal support scheme.To monitor the deformation of test roadway that support by the best supporting scheme in Daye Iron Mine,The deformation law of test roadway is rapid increase firstly and then gradual smooth.The mutation points are within the range of the deformation allowed of the roadway.The deformation prediction model of the roadway in the contact zone of ore and rock is established based on grey neural BP network,and predict the deformation of the test roadway,the predicted result is close to the actual value,the prediction accuracy is high.The results show that the maximum deformation of the test roadway in cantact zone of ore and rock is within the range of the roadway deformation in the later stage of the support,it show that the optimal support scheme has a high supporting effect.Through the monitoring result and the forecast result analysis,the best supporting scheme is improved.The study confirmed that the non-symmetrical supporting scheme of the GFRP bolt sparging and anchoring of the roadway in cantact zone of ore and rock is the support scheme of the roadway in cantact zone of ore and rock in Daye Iron Mine,the support scheme can effectively control the non-confirming failure and deformation control the deformation of roadway in cantact zone of ore and rock in Daye Iron Mine,it is improved the stability of the roadway and provided a guarantee for the mine safety production and operation safety.
