Tunnel support is one of the main factors affecting mine safety.Especially for deep tunnel with high stress, how to find the reasonable method to supporting becomes a significant technology to solve the problems of mine safety. While the bolting and shotcreting support was introduced in the 1980 s,but the ground stress becomes larger and larger and the geological condition is increasingly harsh with the increase of mining depth, the simple bolting and shotcreting support can not guarantee the stability and reliability of tunnel. Therefore, research of supporting methods for high ground stress tunnel has great practical significance.Based on the deep analysis of geological data of Da Ding mountain mine,we analyze that the main reasons of tunnel deformation and failure, and then reveal the deformation mechanism of high stress crushing rock tunnel of Da Ding mountain mine through theoretical analysis and calculation. We carried out the non-sprayed bolts&net supporting on the basis of original bolting and shotcreting support and conduct its field experiments and applications. The deformation monitors were timely set in the tunnel supported by bolts&net and bolting and shotcreting to monitoring the surface displacement of surrounding rock after two kinds of tunnel which conduct respectively supporting method. The monitoring data are processed by mathematical method to verify the stability of surrounding rock.Using the bolts&net supporting method in high stress mine tunnel has significant advantages no matter from an economic point of view or from a construction technology standpoint,so this kind of technology can guide the similar mine tunnel.
