In recent years,as rising living standards,the market demand for high quality pork is also much increased.Scale pig farm not only provide a guarantee for the supply of high quality pork,but also has important strategic significance to improve the country's pork reserves.However,large-scale pig farm will inevitably lead to environmental pollution and a series of questions: on the one hand,aquaculture wastewater contains large amounts of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and other elements,leading to eutrophication of water,causing algae blooms,fish concentrate death;on the other hand,breeding farms can generate malodorous gases,which may breed pathogens.If these pollutants can not be properly handled,it will pose a serious threat to the ecological environment and the surrounding atmosphere,thereby affecting the safety of human beings,triggering a series of health problems.So it is imperative and urgent to control the pollution of the large-scale farms.This paper invested 2013 annual breeding stock of four large-scale pig farms in Chuzhou.And calculating the amount of waste water and the amount of pollutants based on the number of herds.The values of chemical oxygen demand(CODcr),biochemical oxygen demand(BOD5),suspended solids(SS),ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)and total phosphorus(TP)in Hongyashan farm was 3.3t,1.14 t,0.88 t,0.33 t and 0.033 t.In Zhengda farm,the amount was 23.75 t,8.52 t,6.04 t,3.37 t and 0.25 t.In Hongda farm,the amount was 3.43 t,1.23 t,0.9t,0.35 t and 0.03 t.In Yuanfeng farm,the amount was 3.9,1.35 t,1t,0.4t and 0.04 t.The farm of breeding stock 1600 pigs was treated as the study object.Depending on the size of the farms producing pollution link,we analyze he kind of pollutants.By analyzing the effects of pollution control measures on the pollutant concentrations in theair and water,so as to explore the feasibility of a series of control measures,providing some reference for pollution prevention and control for the same type of large-scale pig farms.Malodorous gases and combustion waste gas of boiler were treated by activated carbon adsorption and water film soot collector respectively.To monitor the concentration of ammonia(NH3)and hydrogen sulfide(H2S),gas samples which were marked a and b respectively were collected in the inlet and outlet of activated carbon adsorption tower.So as to monitor the concentration of sulfur dioxide(SO2)and soot,gas samples which were marked c and d respectively were collected in the inlet and outlet of water film soot collector.The results showed that the intensity of the ammonia in gas b was significant lower than in gas a,and the intensity of hydrogen sulfide in gas b was extremely significant lower than in gas a.There had no significant difference between gas c and gas d about the concentration of SO2,and the concentration of soot in gas d was extremely significant lower than in gas c.Activated carbon adsorption treatment had significant effect on ammonia,and had an extremely significant effect on hydrogen sulfide;water film soot collector had significant effect on sulfur dioxide,also had extremely significant effect on soot.Wastewater was treated by anaerobic fermentation and CASS process.2 L water sample which was marked sample A was collected at the digester inlet;2 L water sample was collected at the digester outlet,after fermentation anaerobic digester 20 days,30 days,40 days,marking B,C and D respectively;2 L water sample was collected in CASS sewage treatment pond outlet,marking sample E.Then the values of chemical oxygen demand(CODcr),biochemical oxygen demand(BOD5),suspended solids(SS),ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)and total phosphorus(TP)could be monitored.Three parallel samples were taken every time.The concentration of chemical oxygen demand,biochemical oxygen demand and suspended solids in sample B,C,D and E was extremely significant lower than in sample A.The value of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in watersample E was extremely significant lower than sample A,B,C and D;there had no significant difference among the sample A,B,C and D.Pure anaerobic fermentation treatment had significant effect on chemical oxygen demand,biochemical oxygen demand and suspended solids,but had no significant effect on ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus.The treatment of CASS process combined anaerobic fermentation had extremely significant effect on chemical oxygen demand,biochemical oxygen demand,suspended solids,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus.Except sulfur dioxide,each pollutant concentrations were able to compliance after treatment.The number of solid waste,such as manure,dead pigs and biogas was statisticsed for2013 annual.The amount of manure,dead pigs and biogas was 516.11 t,1t and 25.5t respectively.Manure was dealt by compost,dead pigs were dealt by security wells,and biogas was dealt by forest fertilization treatment,achieving a solid waste recycling and safe disposal.After the farm operation for pollution control measures,the atmosphere environmental quality of surface water and air was monitored.The results showed that nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere were not exceeded;the concentration of COD,BOD5,SS,NH3-N and total phosphorus in surface water were not exceeded.
