Feldspar minerals are used in glass and ceramic manufacturing industry and it is an integral part of its ingredients. Because it has a wide range of melting temperature and ratio of alumina fusible, commonly used as the cosolvent of glass and ceramics. Hebei region contains a large amount of feldspar resources, with the development and utilization of feldspar, the most high quality feldspar are developed in advance, the remaining large number of low quality felspar has not still been development or can only be as building material utilization, caused a large number of resources waste, feldspar raw material has not been fully excavate its value. Low quality of feldspar resources can only meet the market requirements for deep processing, and deep processing is also a very important problem need to be solved in the future.Analyzed the ore properties and characteristics of a low grade feldspar ore in hebei chengde area, the main ore minerals is feldspar, quartz, impurity mineral contains mica, iron mineral, Ore dressing experiments of laboratory for the low grade feldspar use the selective grinding, desliming, magnetic separation, flotation combined technological process.Discussed the steel ball and steel bar medium grinding mode both grinding efficiency, determine the grinding fineness in -0.074 u m should be around 60%. After determine the ball slow mine system, using 0150 mm hydrocyclone desliming test, base flow for weak magnetic separation and magnetic separation combined magnetic separation technology, a final magnetic separation concentrate rate is 80.20%, Fe2O3 content is 0.17%, has a good effect of iron removal.Flotation test under acidic conditions, the ion of Yin and Yang mix of collecting agent features draw feldspar concentrate rate is 46.62%, K2O content is 7.51%, Na2O content is 4.70 %, Fe2O3 content is 0.15%, meet the standard for super of ceramic and glass industry, flotation tailings ?quartz? production rate is 31.20%, the SiO2 content is 99.5%, achieved the purpose of comprehensive utilization of low grade feldspar.Based on the results of ore dressing experiments of laboratory, we had a continuous dressing pilot expanded experiment, the experimental results are basically identical with ore dressing experiments of laboratory results, finally it is concluded that feldspar concentrate rate is 44.71%, K2O content is 7.45%, Na2O content is 4.56%, Fe2O3 content is 0.2%, achieve feldspar products first class standard in our country.
