Copper ash contains copper, lead, zinc, bismuth, antimony and other valuable components from the ash recovery of copper, zinc, lead, indium, cadmium, bismuth and arsenic, the product obtained has a sulfate, a sulfuric acid zinc, a sulfate, indium sponge, sponge cadmium, crude bismuth, lead and arsenic in concentrate mixture of salts, etc. 8. Increase the utilization efficiency of copper ash, on China's construction of a conservation-oriented society and realizing sustainable development is of great significance. The process uses sulfuric acid and production of water from the industrial preparation of the solvents, waste water produced in the preparation of electrolytes with solvents, waste and industrial waste water electrolyte solvents for the preparation of the various batches of ash leaching period of time, a section of a secondary leachate leaching , a secondary leaching solution of the three leaching methods to increase the leaching solution in the copper and zinc content of the follow-up replacement for reducing the amount of sediment processing, energy consumption has practical significance, the overall leaching rate of leaching phase: Cu> 90%, Zn> 93 %, Pb <1%, Bi <1%. Because this process uses industrial waste water and waste for leaching electrolyte solution, and therefore has a strong practicality and good value for money.
