There are about 5.5 million tons of K-feldspar ore mineral resources in the east of Tieling County and in the west of Qingyuan County in Liaoning province, design a process according to the characteristics of ores on experimental study, and build a K-feldspar concentrator with a capacity of 180000 tons every year, then make comprehensive use of local K-feldspar resources.The research of ore properties and characteristics are carried out and the results show that grade 7.53% of K2O, grade 2.83% of Na2O, grade 0.79% of Fe2O3 in ores, useful minerals are K-feldspar, Na-feldspar, the gangues are quartz, mica, including iron ore, tourmaline, etc.Through comparative analysis, determine to carry on the broken-grinding-desliming-we ak magnetic separation-flotation-high gradient magnetic separation process. The closed-circ uit of three sections is adopted during broken section, and a section with checking gradi ng is used duringgrinding section; The fine mud (-0.038 mm) can be removed by cycl one, the yield of 5.55%; after magnetic separator, the iron content of ore is decreased fr om 0.76% to 0.76%, the yield of 3.58%; in neutral condition, the dosage of Paraffin so ap oxidated 200g/t, hydroximic acid 100g/t, Sodium oleate 100g/t for the gangue of mica, including iron ore, tourmaline, etc, a closed-circuit of a roughing and three selected min ing orderly to return is carried out; the iron of flotation concentrate is removed again by high gradient magnetic separation; the concentrate can be obtained with the grade 8.94 % of K2O, the grade 3.59% of Na2O, the grade 0.13% of iron, the yield of 55.9%.According to the process flow scheme, carry on calculation of several quality and equipment selection. Through the comparative analysis, determine the site of concentrator and optimal mining flow direction. The engineering budgetary estimate and economic analysis are carried out, the goals "feasible technology and reasonable economy" can come true.
