| At present,amine collector flotation in acid pulp or mixed cationic and anionic collectors flotation under strong alkaline conditions are widely adopted at home and abroad.However strong acid or alkaline conditions can seriously corrode the equipment.This article mainly relates to the rubidium ore from Longchuan County of Guangdong Province.It is found that the rubidium exists in biotite in the form of isomorphism,so the enrichment of rubidium can be achieved by recoverying mica.In light of what has been stated above,it is of great significance to explore a easier and milder flotation process.In this paper,the influence of diffentent collectors on the flotation behavior of biotite and feldspar were studied.Through changing test conditions,such as the type of collectors,flotation regulators and pH value,the flotability differences were found out and compared.And the optimal separation conditions obtained by single mineral flotation was validated in real ore separation test.The adsorption behavier and interaction mechanisms between collectors and the surface on biotite and feldspar were researched by infrared spectrum analysis,adsorption quantity test and contact angle test.The main conclusions of the research are as follows:In pure mineral flotation experiment,the influences of collectors which contain cationic collector dodecylamine(DDA),dodecyl trimethylammonium chloride(DTAC),tetradecyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(TTAC)and anionic collector sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),sodium oleate(NaOL)on the performance of biotite and feldspar were fully studied and compared.Additionally,the influences of pH value,the dosages of collectors and depressants such as sodium silicate in the process of separation were discussed.Therefore,appropriate floatation agent scheme was established.When the concentration of collector DTAC was 1.6×10-4mol/L,the dosage of sodium silicate was 400g/t and pH equaled 6,the recovery rate of biotite pure mineral could be 93.1%and feldspar’s recovery rate could be 7.1%.The actual ore test was based on pure mineral flotation regent scheme.When using H2SO4 adjust the slurry under weak acid condition,and the pH was about 6,we adopted DTAC as a single collector,in rougher flotation the dosage of DTAC was 600g/t,in scavenger flotation the dosage was 3 00g/t,water glass as inhibitor the dosage in rougher,scavenger and cleaner flotation t was 400 g/t,200g/t and 200g/t respectively.According to the flotation regent scheme,a closed-circuit of one stage rougher flotation,four stages of cleaner and two stages of scavenger was conducted.The result showed that the grade of rubidium ore was 0.614%and the recovery rate was 84.10%,so the effective enrichment of rubidium ore was achieved.The results of infrared analysis showed that the surface interaction of collector and mineral are physically adsorbed.Additionally,the dodecylamine and dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride form a stronger characteristic absorption peak on the surface of the biotite.The contact angle and adsorption amount test were carried out under dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride system.And adsorption test showed that the pH value of the pulp and the dosage of the agent could change the hydrophobicity of the mineral surface.The contact angle test showed that the biophones and feldspars had good natural hydrophilicity.and using dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride as collector flotated those two minerals could greatly increase the surface hydrophobicity of biotite mineral,so biotite and feldspar are effectively separated.According to the comparison between adsorption and contact angle test and pure mineral flotation test,the pH value in slurry and the type and dosage of collector would affect the surface adsorption capacity of collectors,thus affecting the mineral surface floatability. |
