The reserve of Feldspar ore in our country is very large, but the quality of feldspar ore are generally not up to the standard of industrial applications, so it is very important for the dressing of feldspar ore. The feldspar resources in West Ujimqin, Inner Mongolia is rich, its transportation is convenient and the ore is easily mined, but the Khenpo granularity of Feldspar ore is fine, so it increases the difficulty of the separation. The Feldspar in West Ujimqin, Inner Mongolia, symbiosises with quartz and iron bearing minerals, the mineral processing purification is the only way to remove the gangue minerals. According to the characters of the Albite ore and the requirements of the project, it is researched by a series of experiments: the ore-grinding, desliming, magnetic separation, study of feldspar and quartz separation, the results showed that:(1) For this feldspar ore, the major useful mineral is potassium feldspar and albite, the main gangue minerals are quartz and a small amount of iron ore. Its main chemical composition is SiO2, Al2O3, Na2 O, K2 O, and a small amount of Fe2O3, CaO, Rb2 O, BaO, etc.(2) Through direct scrub test of crushed ore samples shows that, Scrub brought machinery iron pollution is serious, affecting the quality of feldspar, therefore abandon thisdressing method.(3) The steel bar of grinding, grinding fineness test, and the influence of different grinding fineness of "grindingdesliming- magnetic separation" test, the grinding fineness is best- 0.074 mm 52.22%.(4) The desliming test of gravity settling, desliming size selection and selection of test desliming feeding concentration, ultimately determine the optimal desliming particle size is 0.030 mm, the best desliming inlet concentration of 12.5g/L.(5) Magnetic separation is the feldspar in addition to an effective means of iron, through the separation experiment showed that the best conditions for the magnetic field strength 1.0T, optimal pulsation frequency is 500r/min, the optimum slurry flow rate was 1.0cm/s.(6) Feldspar iron removal is a key step in mineral processing and purification, through the comparison of six different iron removal processes, and ultimately determines the use of reasonable "grinding desliming- magnetic separation" of the combined technology of iron removal, concentrate yield is 86.71%, the content of Fe2O3 was 0.03%, the whiteness of 55.85%.(7) Test of flotation of quartz under alkaline conditions, to determine the best combination of yin and Yang andthe ion collector, the best ratio of GY/SN was 7, the best total dosage of 320g/t, "adding order after the firstYang Yin".(8)Test the neutral condition flotation of feldspar, determines the optimum collector combination GY/sodium oleate, the best collector dosage of 640g/t, optimum dosage of 300g/t inhibitors.(9)Test of flotation of Feldspar under acidic conditions, to determine the best combination of collector is GY/SBH, the optimum collector dosage was 480g/t, the optimum pH value of pulp is 2.(10)The final choice "process grinding desliming-magnetic separation-alkali floating quartz", concentrate indexobtained for a yield of 75.76%, K2O11.65%, Na2O3.99%, SiO265.26%, Al2O318.83%, Fe2O30.03%, to achieve the quality of national ceramic industrial requirements, suitable for advanced ceramic glaze.
