Wetland protection and utilization in the interests of the imbalance, the system of wetland protection system is not perfect, but also lead to the main cause of the deterioration of coastal wetland ecological environment. Establishment of Liaoning coastal wetland ecological compensation mechanism, with policy and economic means to realize the beneficial development and effective protection of Liaoning coastal wetland ecosystem, the regulation between Liaoning coastal wetland protection and utilization of the imbalance of interests issue is imperative.According to draw lessons from the domestic and foreign related economic theories, analysis of coastal wetland in our province social and economic characteristics and wetland protection present situation, combining the stakeholder theory and the theory of ecological compensation, of Liaoning coastal wetland ecological benefit compensation relative were analyzed.
