| The industry background and technological development of magnetic saturation measurements on cemented carbides were studied and expounded in this paper. Aim at magnetic saturation measurement system, a high precision data processing method were designed and verified, and a friendly upper computer software which is matched the system were developmented. The successful use of dynamic link library technology, multithreading technology and database technology provides great convenience for the data processing and software development of the whole project, and it significantly improves the measurement system stability and the efficiency of project development.The designed data processing method of magnetic saturation measurements on cemented carbides including digital filtering, digital integration, data fitting, zero setting and system calibrations, etc. Filtering used finite impulse response digital filter which was based on window function, digital integration algorithm was based on Simpson integration, piecewise linear data fitting was based on the least square method. Compared to the traditional data processing method of magnetic saturation measurements on cemented carbides, this method has some advantages, such as results with high precision, good repeatability. The upper computer software were developmented based on Delphi, its integration with data tables, graphics display, automatic and manual control mode, measurement setup, status bar, data export, table print, port monitoring, data query, font settings and related personnel options, it created a convenient and friendly interface. The fuction of authority management were implemented, it set different privileges for administrator, surveyors and developers, the system designed in this way can effectively ensure both system safety and data safety, and it also provides convenience for users and debuggers.At the end of this paper, some samples of cemented carbides were repeatedly measured, by changing the order of measurement and the work hours to observe the performance of data. The experimental results show that the performance of the measurement system meets the expectations, it has some obvious advantages including high precision, high efficiency and high stability, which verified the reliabilty of data processing method and the stability of upper computer software. |
