It is always a difficult problem to dispose high ammonia nitrogen and low C/N ratio wastewater in the wastewater treatment field. Realization of high-efficient nitrogen removal and low-cost disposal has been the focus for a long time. Anaerobic oxidation of ammonium for biological removal of nitrogen is a new waste water treatment technology, whose virtues are high treatment efficiency and no need to add extra organic carbon source,and it has been a hot point for research in wastewater treatment. Numerous studies have been done on this technology. In this paper, the author used high ammonia nitrogen and low C/N ratio wastewater as target to research nitrosation starting and quick start-up anaerobic ammonium oxidation with high loading, respectively, we has successfully realized high efficient biological nitrogen removal with MBR anaerobic ammonium oxidation process.In the nitrification pool temperature by controlling nitrification pool 28-30 ℃, dissolved oxygen concentration was 0.5 mg/L, hydraulic retention time of 12h, pH 7.8-8.0, influent ammonia concentration about 200mg/L, the successful implementation of the high ammonia in low-nitrogen ratio of wastewater nitrification pool, get a stable nitrite nitrogen accumulation. both to improve the influent ammonia concentration in the subsequent process, the ammonia concentration increased to 400mg/L and 800mg/L is Next, the concentration of nitrification bacteria withstand shock loading ability, the water kept NH4+-N:NO2--N=1:1, provided the necessary conditions for the next phase of anaerobic ammonia oxidation process.Utilizing the oxygen consumption characteristic in ammonium oxidation, dissolved oxygen concentration in the nitrification tank was 1.0mg/L, it can realize the outflow dissolved oxygen below 0.3 mg/L in reactor, which provided the low dissolved oxygen condition for realizing high efficient biological nitrogen removal in anaerobic ammonium oxidation process.In the nitrification pool influent ammonia concentration about 800 mg/L, the nitrification effluent NH4+-N and NO2--N proportion of the bacteria inoculated ANAMMOX in 1:1, the inoculum is about 200 ml, experienced eight days after the adaptation period, ANAMMOX bacteria gradually adapted to the wastewater concentration and reactor conditions to achieve a successful vaccination showed better denitrification capacity.Anaerobic ammonium oxidation could realize high efficient nitrogen removal. The maximal NH4+-N and NO2--N removal rate were 47.27%,56.36%,respectively.The average removal rate of NH4+-N and generation rate were 35.08%,50.77%, respectively.During the test, the temperature controlled at 28-32 ℃, the anammox process of denitrification best, ammonia oxidation rate can reach 0.043 kg NH4+-N/(kg MLSS · d).The experiment results showed that the combined process has successfully realized high efficient biological nitrogen removal using pure ammonium synthetic wastewater as research target.During the experiment period. The ratio of NH4+-N and NO2--N in outflow influent the nitrogen removal efficiency. The nitrogen removal rate is about 32.45% when the ratio of ammonium to nitrite is controlled between 0.62 and 0.81,and about 41.32% when the ratio is controlled between 0.86 and 1.33.The regular cleaning of flat membrane in MBR reactor could control membrane pollution, keep smaller trans-membrane pressure,preventing the formation a cake layer, flat film can be kept small transmembrane pressure 10-15KPa to ensure that flat membrane to maintain a high flux, which can ensure MBR reactor stable operation. |
