Anaerobic ammonium oxidation membrane biotechnology is a process which is a combination of anaerobic ammonium oxidation process and membrane bioreactor. This process inherited the advandages of anaerobic ammonium oxidation process, and it has also made improvement about bacterial loss in anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria culture using membrane bioreactor separation. The experiment was carried out with ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen wastewater as the treatment object. The start-up of process, increasing the organic load, membrane contamination, anaerobic ammonium oxidation kinetics, and microbial community diversity of anaerobic activated sludge were all studied in this paper. The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)The start-up of the process can be started fastly within 20 days, and organic load of the system was could improved by shortening the hydraulic retention time and improving concentration of the influent substrate.Shortening the hydraulic retention time HRT stage running for 138 days,of which 1?109 day system was in a stable period, and time required for system to stabilize was 2?19 day.In this stage, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen could quickly reach more than 90%and the removal rate of TN was more than 80%.Besides,denitrification was not obvious in this mode, and the maximum nitrogen removal load was 1.64 kg·m-1·d-1.Improving the influent substrate concentration stage to run for 123 days,of which 1?95 day system was in a stable period, and the time required for system to stabilize was 6?29 day.The removal of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen reached 90%slowly,as well as the TN removal rate was 80%up and down.Denitrification was particularly obvious, and the maximum nitrogen removal load was 1.05 kg·m-3·d-1.Therefore,shortening the hydraulic retention time HRT is more conducive to the system stability, better denitrification effect.(2)In the course of the test, there was a phenomenon of membrane contamanition. We observed that permeation flux of the membrane was reduced with the running time, and permeation flux recovery rate was just 66%after cleaning,as well as the life of membrane was shortened.Meanwhile, the contamanition of inner membrane surface was more serious than the outer surface. We inferred that the contamanition type of inner membrane were mainly complete blocking and cake filtration by scanning electron microscopy, then type were mainly intermediate blocking and standard blocking after cleaning.(3)In order to judge the rate model of anaerobic ammonium oxidation,we detected the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen at different time firstly, then calculated reaction rate at the corresponding time, the rate model was fitted by software at last.We concluded that the Haldane equation form of double substrate with single inhibition was more fited experiment itself. In other words, there was a single inhibition from nitrite nitrogen and the inhibitory concentration of nitrite nitrogen on the reaction rate was 342.69 mg· L-1.(4)The method of macro gene sequencing was used to detect two samples of reactor at different locations for analysis, the result showed that there was indeed anaerobic ammonia bacteria named Candidatus Kuenen stuttgartiensis and Candidatus Brocadia fulgida in both samples.Meanwhile, there were differences of two samples in the number of genes?functions and species abundance.
