In the development process of the history of human society, game is a universal phenomenon. How to make consensus among all individuals in group game is always a difficult problem in academia.Evolutionary Game Theory provides a powerful framework for solving this problem, which makes the theoretical model of evolutionary game of social dilemmas has also been widely studied,a lot of work research problems of social conflict and public resources management by using Prisoner's Dilemma Game model,Snowdrift Game model and Public Goods Game model and so on.At present, complex systems in the real world are described abstractly using complex networks, typical examples include social networks, biological networks, and the world wide web.Using the method of complex network to model and analyze the game of complex system,it provides a new brand perspective for understanding the common cooperation behavior in the real world. As everyone knows, whether in nature, biology,or in human society, individuals in the system not only be in a network, but may be involved in a number of different networks,so that each system is not isolated, but has a dependency or coupling relationship between different levels. Therefore, the analysis and research of dynamic behavior on the two-layered lattices is more consistent with the reality system, and also helps to enrich human's objective understanding of the evolution of large complex system structure. The application of evolutionary game model to the two-layered lattices provides more meaningful theoretical guidance for understanding the social dilemma.Based on the traditional Public Goods Game model, this paper proposes two new Public Goods Game models considering the preference mechanism strategy,in other words, under different structured networks,we study the influence of preference mechanism on group cooperation evolution. The main research content and innovative research results of this paper include the following two aspects:1)A model of Public Goods Game with preference mechanism is proposed, and the influence of the mechanism on group cooperation evolution is studied in depth. The model is based on the traditional model of Public Goods Game, and proposes a new preference mechanism strategy. In the preference mechanism strategy, each individual of the group imitates more successful neighbor individuals at a higher probability, rather than randomly mimicking a neighbor's individual. The strategy state of each individual is updated asynchronously according to the individual's own income and in accordance with the Fermi Rule.A large number of simulation experiments show that the adoption of a preference mechanism strategy in the spatial Public Goods Game can greatly improve the level of the group's cooperation.2)In the two-layered lattices, the influence of Public Goods Game with preference mechanism strategy on group cooperation evolution is studied. In order to make the preference mechanism more consistent with the complex network system existing in reality, the game model continues to study the role of preference mechanism to group cooperation, but the structural model of the network is no longer spatial network, but two-layered lattices. In the preference mechanism strategy, the strategy state of each individual in the group is still updated asynchronously according to the Fermi Rule, but it does not use simple income, but uses individual utility, that is,the sum of the profits of the corresponding individuals in the two-layered lattices.A large number of simulation results show that the combination of preference mechanism and two-layered lattices enriches the evolution of group cooperation and can promote group cooperation more clearly.
