The public goods game is an important content in the research of the evolutionary game theory.The evolutionary game theory doesn't require the players are in a completely rational state,and the information is also not require completely,it has been paid more attention to the evolution process of the dynamics,the characteristics of the model in the evolution process,the rationality degree of the players and the completeness of the information.For the network,whether it is a regular network or an irregular network,the method of put the study of the game model into the network has played a crucial role in the study of the emergence and development of cooperative behavior in the game process.With the introduction of nonlinear dynamics in spatial evolutionary games and the combination of the evolving network with the evolutionary game theory,the research process of the game theory has pushed ahead a step further.In this paper,we investigate the public goods game on the evolving random network by introducing informed cooperators who can adjust their local topology of networks according to the information they obtained at cost,and have the right to decide whether to establish a connection with the other side.Our simulation research shows that high rate of network updating may provide a favorable environment for cooperation to emerge and thrive.With the intensive study we found that the informed cooperators may separate the defectors out and form an isolated population of cooperative strategies.Although in some cases,the informed cooperators may die out in the evolution of the system,the topology of the network which has been changed by the informed cooperators before they went extinct still enable cooperators to persist.Therefore,in the case of combining evolving random networks with evolutionary public goods game has a certain role in promoting the level of cooperation of the system with adding the factor of information.The experimental simulation method used in this paper is the Monte Carlo simulation,and the results are analyzed and studied by simulating the model.
