Evolutionary game theory provides an effective theoretical framework for the study of the widespread phenomenon of cooperation among selfish individuals in the human society. To study the emergence and maintenance of cooperative behavior under various social dilemmas has become a hot issue in various research fields. In the past,a series of evolutionary game theory studies have found or put forward the necessary conditions and mechanisms for the emergence and development of various cooperative behaviors.Due to the complexity of the real society, the individual in the process of interaction shows that the diversity of behavior makes the evolution game theory model has been further developed. The individual behavior in the social reality is the basis for the theory of modeling research, but some actual existence of the seemingly counterintuitive behaviors of the individual as antisocial punishment phenomenon bring to evolutionary game a new cooperation dilemma. In addition, most of the research models in the past, there are only a limited number of types of individuals in the population, and the same type of individuals in the interaction process also show the same behavior, this too simple theoretical abstract method cannot effectively reflect the reality of social complexity. So the diversity of individuals and heterogeneous behaviors in the interactive process become an important problem in the research of cooperative evolution.Based on the problems above,we study the cooperative evolution in the cooperative dilemma brought by the anti-social punishment in the public goods game, and the heterogeneous behaviors of the diversified strategy individuals in the public goods game on the cooperative evolution.First of all,in the cooperative evolutionary dilemma brought by the emergence of anti-social punishment, this paper studies the inhibition of anti-social punishment on the evolution of cooperation, and through the introduction of the insurance cooperation strategy, the cooperative individual can adopt this precautionary measure to deal with the malicious anti-social punishment in the future. The simulation results show that the insurance strategy is an effective cooperation mechanism, which can effectively promote the evolution of cooperation in the cooperative dilemma brought by anti-social punishment. In addition, according to the effect of the heterogeneous behaviors in the public goods game on the evolution of cooperation, this paper adopts the mixed strategy system to endow the characteristics of the individual strategy diversity in the public goods game model, and study the heterogeneous behaviors in repeated games impact on population evolution of cooperation. The simulation experiment proves that the heterogeneous investment behavior based on historical interactive information can promote the evolution of population cooperation.
