Game Analysis On The Supply Of Community Public Goods

The solution to the problem of community public goods supply is not only related to the daily life of each resident,but also to the prosperity and stability of the whole country.The problem of community public goods supply in this paper refers to the problem of insufficient supply and moral hazard caused by supply dilemma and game dilemma.The paper uses the game tool to study the private supply of public goods in the community,and in this process to explore the cooperative game’s Influencing factors.Here we study two main private supply body,namely community residents and property companies.Among them,the residents cooperation supply mode not only can effectively save costs,ease the the problem of insufficient supply,but also conducive to improving the multiple supply mechanism of community public goods,but it is difficult to form and maintain long-term cooperative relations.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how residents cooperate to provide community public goods,especially for the old urban communities which without property company.In the mode of property company’s public goods supply,it can also alleviate the problem of insufficient supply.The residents and the property company are the principal-agent relationship,there is a moral hazard problem,that is,the property company does not provide or provide low quality public goods,or obtain unjust enrichment through the violation of the the right of residents,and the residents’ arrears of property costs are also the performance of moral hazard.Therefore,the study of how to form a partnership between residents and property company,dose also have practical significance to maintain a harmonious community environment.In the game analysis of the cooperative supply of residents.Under the complete information static condition,the prisoner’s dilemma game and the multiple Nash equilibrium game are ineffective,and the pig game is effective.In the game of the prisoner’s dilemma,each participant’s inferiority strategy is cooperative,so the rational participant will not make a cooperative decision.In a game with multiple Nash equilibrium,the participant usually does not have a distinct disadvantage strategy,and his decision is often based on beliefs that what choice his opponent may make,and when the participant is different in beliefs,it is likely to lead to non-cooperation situation.In the pig game,the inferiority strategy of the rich is not cooperation,while the poor’s inferior strategy is cooperation,for rational participants,the rich will choose cooperation strategy,and the poor will choose the non-cooperate strategy,then the cost of the community public goods will be entirely borne by the rich.In the dynamic game,the repeated game can promote the long-term cooperative relationship between the participants,the patience of the time,taking the cold strategy and the probability of ending the game is very small is its formation condition.The threat of punishment can change theparticipant’s income matrix,and when the non-cooperation strategy becomes a participant’s inferiority strategy,the community’s public goods can be effectively supplied.Kinship,culture,same group effect can improve the collective sense of honor of the participants,cooperative behavior will allow participants who contribute to the collective to get a certain degree of psychological satisfaction,when this sense of satisfaction is large enough,the game’s income matrix will change,non-cooperation strategy will become the participant’s disadvantage strategy,Thus realizing the cooperative equilibrium of game.In the game of multiple Nash equilibrium,beliefs affect the game results,when the participants believe that the opponent may not cooperate,that is,the probability of the opponent choose cooperative action is less than a certain value,the cooperation strategy has more advantages.Under the condition of incomplete information,the cost of supply of public goods is different because of the income gap.When the participants only know their own supply cost,but they do not know the supply cost of other participants,we can calculate the cost threshold where the participation will make a decision of cooperation,and get conclusion that the public goods supply under incomplete information may be less than that under the full range of information.In the the game analysis of the cooperative supply of property company and residents,To promote the good relationship between theproperty company and the residents,not only can help to solve the problem of insufficient supply of public goods,but also help to reduce the moral hazard.In the case of a static game,the prisoner’s dilemma game is ineffective and the game that joins the threat of punishment is valid.The repeated game between the property company and the inhabitants helps to maintain long-term relationships,where the repetitive game conditions are the same as those of the cooperation supply of residents.Contracts that are in compliance with the law can effectively constrain the behavior of the participant in the game.Since the defaulting party will have to bear the cost of the breach,when and the cost is added to the revenue matrix,the inferiority strategy of each participant is non-cooperation.The transaction cost can reputation often from the first phase of the game.In the game which property company do long-term game,while tenants do short-term game,reputation has an impact on property behavior and tenant behavior.Technological progress has changed the non-exclusive nature of community public goods,which can effectively improve the payment rateof property costs,that also contributed to a cooperative game.Possible innovations in the paper include: adding the psychological needs factors in the game model,changing the game’s income matrix,turning the non-cooperation strategy into the inferiority strategy,so as to form the cooperation game.In the game of multiple Nash equilibrium,through the influence of beliefs of the participants,the formation probability of the cooperative game is improved.
