The Analog Circuit Fault Diagnosis Software Research Of Test-bench For Logging Tools

The logging tools play a very important role in exploration and development process of hydrocarbon.However,due to the complex instrument structure,high-tech focus and many assembly process of logging tools,a special detection equipment,namely test-bench,is urgently needed to improve the efficiency of manufacturing and maintenance equipment.The analog channel board in acoustic logging tools is front-end signal conditioning section of downhole circuit system,its performance has an important impact for measurement accuracy and processing range of system signal.In this paper,the analog circuit fault diagnosis software technology of analog channel board is mainly studied,it is belonging to board level test of test-bench,providing support for a series test-bench development of high-performance acoustic logging instrument.The main contents of this paper include diagnostic strategies and processes,front-machine's diagnostic tasks module,master-slave data communication protocol,host program(including the GUI interface or sub-interface,human-computer interaction,data processing and documentation,etc.).The laboratory bench systems based on the ARM+uCLinux frame and extended interface technology are applied to build the host control system of embededed front-machine,it finishes network communication with PC,data collection and other functions.According to function needs of the analog circuit fault diagnosis,using object-oriented theory based on Visual Studio 2010 development platform builds master computer of software,it realizes network communication,operating parameters setting,data processing,waveform display,file operations and other board-level testing modules.This article completes the system software design and actually tested for analog channel board combining with the system hardware resources.The test results showe that the system functions meet the design requirements.
