Hardware Research Of Analog Circuit Diagnosis Of Test-bench For Logging Tools

Analog channel board is an important component of acoustic logging tools,and its performance has a significant impact on the results of acoustic logging.In order to improve the test efficiency of analog channel board,we need to design a debug interface for test of analog channel board in the test-bench for logging tools.Debug interface consists of interconnect interface with analog channel board,function generator,data acquisition module and the communication interface with embedded system.In the design process,we need do some needs analysis based on experiment experiences.Then according to the results of the needs analysis we need to design the whole system.Then design every parts of the debug interface board specifically,draw schematics,make circuit boards,write the program.Finally,soldering and debugging the circuit board.Throughout the process,we used Altium Designer to design the board.Then we designed each module based on FPGA with Quartus II 10.0.Then we debugged the whole system with HyperTerminal,the results basically reached the requirements.The main contents of this paper are the basic principle of the circuit for receiving and processing analog signal,the overall structure of the debug interface board,design of signal generator,design of data acquisition modules,data communication between debug interface board and embedded system.
