Molecular Systematics Study Of Mesopolobus From China (Hymenoptera:Chalcidoidea:Pteromalidae)

The Mesopolobus(Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea: Pteromalidae)is a large genus of Pteromalidae.To record Mesopolobus has 132 kinds,all animal geographical regions in the world.There are 25 species distributed in China.The Mesopolobus individuals is very small,the difference in morphology results in difficulty in identification of species.With the rapid developmen of moleecular biology,the research of Chalcidoidea using molecular means has become a hot topic.In this paper on the basis of traditional morphological research,through Mesopolobus identification of target DNA sequence alignment,found cryptic species,it provides theoretical basis for biological control and exploitation and utilization of resources.In this paper on the basis of the existing traditional morphological classification research,combined with molecular biology to categorize Mesopolobus points..A total of 228 China Mesopolobus species were collected,statistical COI,28 SrDNA and ITS2 sequence analysis involved 134 samples.The results of the experimental specimen identification were 18 species,Mesopolobus aequus(Walker)? Mesopolobus agropyricola Rosen?Mesopolobus albitarsus(Walker)?Mesopolobus anogmoides Graham?Mesopolobus aspilus(Walker)?Mesopolobus equivenae Sun & Xiao?Mesopolobus keralensis Sureshan & Narendran?Mesopolobus mesolatus Sun & Xiao?Mesopolobus minutus Dzhanokmen?Mesopolobus nobilis(Walker)?Mesopolobus rhabdophagae(Walker)?Mesopolobus semenis Askew?Mesopolobus tongi Xiao?Mesopolobus typographi(Ruschka)?Mesopolobus sp.indet 1?Mesopolobus sp.indet 2?Mesopolobus sp.indet 3?Mesopolobus sp.indet 4,provides morphological description,partial morphological feature map and view specimen information.COI,ITS2,and 28 SrDNA amplification and sequencing,proofreading,splicing,aligning and cutting sequences,build the NJ tree,combined with ABGD and jMOTU analysis,the results of molecular analysis and morphological identification were compared and analyzed.Found that M.agropyricola has no COI sequence and has ITS2 sequence.M.keralensis number zsy-74 was corrected for M.tongi.In this paper,the Mesopolobus DNA database is combined with morphological classification to further analyze and discuss it.It provides scientific basis for the development and utilization of biological control,ecological balance and Chalcidoidea resources.
