Wave is one of the six key elements of marine hydrological observation.In view of China's late development of marine technology,technical level is limited and historical conditions and other reasons,in the field of buoy calibration device in our technical level need to improve.So far,the use of rotary sine analog calibration method is the world's more recognized method of verification.In this paper,based on the experience of domestic and foreign research on the basis of NMI double-arm rotating frame structure designed a double-arm-type wave buoy calibration device.Firstly,the mechanical system is designed in detail,the technical specifications of the system are designed,the working principle of the system is described,the system composition is introduced in detail,the selection of key components of the system and the measures of safety interlocking protection are given.Secondly,the structural strength of the system is checked and analyzed to complete the analysis of the key components of the system.Through the establishment of structural mechanics model,the axial tensile strength,cantilever beam cross section normal stress,axial pressure deflection and cantilever beam deformation check.Once again designed the electrical control system.The design scheme of the electrical control system is put forward,including the system function,the control mode,the relevant parameter requirement and the design of the electrical control part design detail.The detailed design of the electrical control system is discussed,and the design of the electrical control cabinet and the electrical control system of the control panel is completed.Finally,the design of the control system software and the system debugging.The system software is designed with PLC control program and host computer monitoring software,and the system leveling control algorithm is designed.After the initial debugging system,the system is running normally,the performance to meet the design requirements.The design of the device can simulate the motion trajectory of the wave buoy on the sea surface.Through the data acquisition of the buoy movement characteristic of the rotary arm jig pallet,the accuracy of the corrected wave buoy sensor is measured and the accuracy of the buoy data is ensured.The device also has the function of electrical automation,which improves the efficiency of the buoy and avoids the cumbersome labor.The system is designed to meet the requirements of buoy installation and dismantling.The whole process does not need human intervention to ensure the operation and maintenance of the system.
