Nowadays,oil and other fossil energy is becoming dwindling all over the world.Wave energy which is a new type of high efficiency,clean and large reserves renewable energy gets more and more attention.However,wave energy collection is facing the problem of big difficulties and high cost in the practical application.In order to solve these problems,this paper respectively from the selection of the float and stress,random wave analysis,efficient conversion mechanism design and the overall safety performance life to consider the application of wave energy collection.At last a more practical application of buoy-type wave energy conversion device design will be put forward on this subject.Based on the linear wave theory to study wave motion law,this paper analyses FroudeKrylov assumption method,and respectively calculates the wave force of cuboid buoy,vertical cylinder buoy and ball buoy.Then these three common buoy amplitude was compared,identifying the best buoy selection of the wave energy conversion device.According to the linear wave theory and vibration theory,buoy damping vibration model of mechanical motion was established,and wave power matching relationship formula was derived under the condition of the regular.The law of the wave energy application technology was studied through the actual wave parameters,using the Adams software to build simulation model of the force applied on the float to research the calculation of power and power generation efficiency under the condition of random wave.According to the law of buoy-type ocean wave energy conversion device,the test bench was designed and built.Then laboratory simulation and field test were carried out on the model test,then the experimental data were analyzed,and the rationality of the design theoretical rules was verified.The test bench was improved according to the test bench test results and the actual wave,including: the structure for anticorrosion and sealing,the structure for adapting the fluctuation of ocean waves,and the effects of using finite element analysis software to evaluate the safety of the structure.At last,this paper finished a buoy-type wave energy conversion device design which can be applied to the real condition of ocean wave.
