The goal of this study was to gauge the effect of special habitat coal mining subsided wetland on the Metazoan zooplankton community structure,an area in which,to our knowledge,few reasearch have been reported.In current study,Metazoan zooplankton and environmental factors in Digou coal mining subsided wetland lakes in Anhui Province were investigated bimonthly from August 2015 to June 2016.Metazoan zooplankton,community species composition,Group of dominant species,density and biomass and diversity index were analyzed.We used multivariate statistical analysis software and correlation analysis softwore to further explore the influence of environmental factors for Metazoan zooplanktom community structure.Found the relationship of community structure with environmental factors.The result may provide some idea to the water quality evaluation,environmental protection,ecological restoration,comprehensive management of mining subsidence area and succession of coal mining subsidence area.The results:1.A total of 53 species from 27 genera of Metazoan zooplankton were identified,including 38 species of rotifers which took 71.70%of the total specie,pertain to 8 families and 16 genera,9 species of Cladocerans which took 16.98%of the all species,belonging to 5 families and 6 genera,and 6 species of Copepoda which took 11.32%of totality,covering 3 families and 5 genera.According to the abundance and occurrence,Brachionus calyciflorus,B.angularis,B.budapestiensis,Polyarthra trigla,Keratella valga,K.cochlearis,Bosmina longirostris and Thermocyclops hyalinus were the dominant species.2.Metazoan zooplankton abandunce fluctuated with the seasons in Digou coal mining subsided lakes.The anunal mean density and biomass of rotifers were 94.74±500.73 ind./L and 0.76±0.53 mg/L,respectively.The highest density of rotifers were 1666.69 ±2296.66ind./L in February and highest biomass were 1.67± 1.26 mg/L in Ocotober and Both the density and biomass were lowest were 288.00±178.15ind./L and 0.15±0.09 mg/L respectively in December 2015.The biomass of3.rotifers in autumn was much higher than other seasons and the variation trend of it was October>February>June>April>August>December.The variation trend of density was February>October>August>April>June>December.4.The anunal mean density and biomass of Cladocerans were 54.61±50.46 ind./L and 1.57±1.44 mg/L,respectively.Both the biomass and density were highest were 141,69 ±239.23 ind./L and 4.06±6.98 mg/L in Ocotober.Both the biomass and density were lowest were 17.70 ±31.77 ind./L and 0.85±1.53mg/L in Eebruary.The variation trend of Cladocerans abundance was October>April>August>June>February>December.5.The anunal mean density and biomass of Copepoda were 115.65±63.56 ind./L and 1.09±0.68 mg/L,respectively.The highest density of Copepoda were 198.88±132.39 ind./L in August and lowest were 40.15±63.66ind./L in December.The highest biomass were 2.26±2.45mg/L in August and lowest were 0.50±0.83mg/L respectively in April.The variation trend of biomass was August>October>June>February>December>April.The variation trend of density was August>October>June>February>April>December.6.The anunal mean density and biomass of Metazoan zooplankton were 965±541.91 ind./L and 3.42±2.17 mg/L respectively in Digou coal mining subsided lakes.The highest anunal mean density was rotifer which took 82.36%in total density.But rotifer biomass was lowest.The Cladocerans had the opposite results.The highest density of it were 1808.12±2299.36 ind./L in Febuary and biomass were 7.27±7.91 mg/L in Ocotober.Both the density and biomass were lowest were 329.9-1±202.07 ind./L and 0.76±1.57 mg/L respectively in December.The variation trend of biomass was October>August>April>February>June>December.The variation trend of density was February>October>August>June>April>December.The spatial pattern of decreasing from west to east.The Shannon-Wiener index,Margalef index and Pielou index of the Metazoan zooplankton community were 2.07?3.22,0.83?1.72,and 0.67?0.80,respectively.The results of redundancy analysis and the Pearson correlation analysis indicated that phytoplankton biomass,water temperature and nutritive salt were the three main environmental drivers affecting theMetazoan zooplankton community structure in Digou coal mining subsided lakes.The physical-chemical parameters,trophic state index,the dominant species of Metazoan zooplankton and biodiversity index indicated that the lake was under light eutrophic status.
