| The succession of phytoplankton community in coal mining subsidence is different from that in natural lakes,In order to study the phytoplankton community structure of coal mining subsidence lake in the high diving area of eastern China,The goal of this study was to gauge the effect of special habitat coal mining subsided lakes on the phytoplankton community structure,an area in which,to our knowledge,few reasearch have been reported.In current study,phytoplankton and environmental factors in Linhuan coal mining subsided lakes in Anhui Province were investigated bimonthly from August 2015 to June 2016.phytoplankton community species composition,Group of dominant species,density and biomass and diversity index were analyzed.We used redundancy analysis and the Pearson correlation analysis to further explore the influence of environmental factors for phytoplankton community structure.Found the relationship of community structure with environmental factors,discuss how the environmental factors in the subsidence area of coal mining affect the community composition of phytoplankton.Combined with the existing research results,The succession characteristics of phytoplankton communities in lakes with different subsidence time series were discussed.Provides basic material support for the study of the structure and function of ecosystems in subsidence areas of coal mining,and provides theoretical support for revealing the succession rules of phytoplankton community in different time series of coal mining subsidence in high phreatic waters in eastern China for coal mining subsidence.The ecological restoration of the area provided some theoretical guidance.The main consequence as follows:A total of 134 species of phytoplankton,including 134 species(including varieties),were recorded during the survey.Among them,there were 24 genera and58 species of chlorophyta,accounting for 43.28%of the phytoplankton species,followed by diatoms and cyanobacteria,30 species belonging to 17 genera and 27 species belonging to 14 genera,accounting for 22.39%and 20.15%of total species.The smallest species was Chlamydomonas,only 1 genera and 1 species,accounting for 1%of the total species.The community consists of cyanobacteria and chlorophyta,with the number accounted for 64.93%of the total community composition.The main dominant species were Cryptomonas erosa,Oscillatoria--Chlorina and Phormidium tenue.Phytoplankton indicated 45 species(Table 4),accounting for 33.6%of all species.Among them,there were 4 kinds of P-multiple sewerage Indicator,including 3%of the total species,31 species(23.1%)and 32 species(23.9%)of α-indicative species and β-median septum indicator,and 5 species of O-oligosaccharide indicative species,accounting for 4%of total species.The mean cell abundance of phytolankton were 107.32 ×105 cells/L,the range of cell abundance were 11.23×105~284.22 × 105 cells/L;Average biomass were 8.11 mg/L,range of it were 1.7~1.7 mg/L.Proportion of various kinds of phytoplankton cell abundance were different during the survey period in Linhuan coal minning subsided lakes,Cyanophyta cell abundance proportion was the largest,were 38.09%of the total cell abundance,followed by chlorophyta,were 23.12%of the total,pyrrhophyta,euglenophyta,hidden door and chrysophyte biomass were respectively 5.20%,7.51%,1.31%and 9.15%.Abundance and biomass of phytoplankton cells change trend,cell abundance time change is obvious,Cell abundance time change is obvious,in Linhuan coal mining subsided lakes.In June 2016 peak of 284.22 × 105 cells/L,2 months to reach the lowest 11.23 × 105 cells/L;But the biomass,in August 2015,the highest(15.7 mg/L);In December 2015,the lowest(1.7 mg/L).Spatial distribution of phytoplankton biomass is the trend of the west and low in.Shannon-Wiener(H ’),Margalef(D)and the Pielou evenness index(J)average of 2.81,2.81 and 2.96,respectively.The results of redundancy analysis and the Pearson correlation analysis indicated that water temperature,transparency and nutritive salt were the three main environmental drivers affecting the phytoplankton community structure in Linhuan coal mining subsided lakes.The physical-chemical parameters,TSIM and phytoplankton biodiversity index indicated that the lake was under light eutrophic status.The succession characteristics of phytoplankton show a transition from diatoms and gold algae in the early subsidence to green algae and blue-green algae in the mid-subsidence stage. |
