The sea surface skin temperature is one of the most irreplaceable parameters on the air-sea interface.As the global climate thermometer,it plays an important role in environmental science,agricultural,fishery,development of energy sources and even in the military.In order to obtain a wide range of the sea surface skin temperature,satellite remote sensing is generally used both in and out of China.However,it is heavily influenced by the environment and not yet at the climate-required level of 0.3K which specified by the World Climate Research Program.At present,the acquisition of high-resolution sea surface skin temperature depends on infrared shipborne measurements.Due to their high cost and low performance-price ratio,they have not been applied universally.This paper aims to design a ship Sea surface temperature measuremen device that can meet the requirements of 0.3K accuracy and need low cost.First of all,based on the vertical structure of ocean surface temperature and the particularity of marine environment,the overall implementation scheme and the technical criteria for measuring device selection has been developed.Design the structure with moisture,lightning,heat insulation and other functions to reduce environmental damage.According to layer structure the architecture of supporting system software package is divided into four layers which are hardware-driven layer,data-dispatched layer,service layer and application layer.At the same time,it falls into two parts,one is device-oriented acquisition software,the other is user-oriented remote monitoring software.The acquisition software is embedded in the core board,including hardware driver layer and data scheduling layer.It is responsible for driving the hardware circuit and scheduling the sampled data.Remote monitoring software is installed in the host computer,including business layer and application layer.It can remotely control device start,power-off-operation,sampling frequency and other functions.What's more,through its human-computer interaction interface,it can realize the visualization and storage management functions of sea surface skin temperature,wind speed and observation angle.Secondly,when processing measurement data,in order to solve the problem of noise interference,median-averaged filtering was used to eliminate the abnormal data and suppresses periodic noise at the same time.It is difficult to correct the emissivity when calibrating temperature measurement device with blackbody furnace.To solve this problem,a temperature control sink was used to replace the traditional method.To meet the demand forthe use of multi-channel devices simultaneous measurement,through a comprehensive comparison of a variety of data fusion algorithm results,a weighted adaptive fusion algorithm with stronger fault tolerance is proposed to fusion the multi-channel sampling data together.At last,the accuracy of the device was checked using temperature control sink by laboratory tests.The influence of observation angle,solar radiation and wind speed on the measurement results was investigated by outdoor experiments.Experiments show that the accuracy of the device is better than the design requirement of 0.3K,and the device are robust to environmental interference.
