Traditional aerial photography measurement can only get the height of the building information and texture information, at the top of the side for the extraction of texture can only rely on artificial to supplement, the demand of the rapid development of 3D data acquisition. This paper, by using small UAV rotorcraft carry micro single lens camera, from low-level features of 3D information quickly, to meet the needs of urban rapid development of data acquisition, and designed a set of complete scheme for the analysis and verification.The camera calibration is the basis of all the work, in view of the experimental environment with two-dimensional plane calibration algorithm for the camera calibration.This experiment based on a transparent glass, Through the calibration results to three-dimensional position information acquisition.Traditional method of exterior orientation elements to obtain the Angle required to limit within the horizontal Angle 3°, navigation within 6°, can't solve the problem of large dip Angle. Aiming at the problem of large dip Angle oblique images, using two ways of obtaining exterior orientation elements, is the traditional means of exterior orientation elements to obtain an improved. According to the characteristics of the oblique photograph put forward tilt pictures to make use of more visual image measurement, and the measurement results were analyzed, and the experimental results show that under the condition of large Angle measurement in the plane, elevation error control within 0.07 m, to achieve the accuracy requirement for large scale mapping. The test data meet the needs of the late modeling.Based on the perspective method on texture optimization, and put forward a new method for correcting the optimization of the texture to correct, gift afresh as point grey value, the experimental results show that after correcting the texture image can be used to carry out the construction of a 3D model.Based on UAV measurement of digital cameras, for example Liaoning technology university administration building, USES a set of design scheme, based on more tilt rotorcraft unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for photogrammetry method provides a 3D model can be built, shows the feasibility of this scheme.
