Based on the first hand data of vegetation survey and environmental monitoring variations in soil nutrients and environmental factors as well as soil CO2 flux among Suaeda community,Tamarix community and Phragmites community as the study target in the wetland of Yellow River Delta were studied, the results reveal that:?1?The species diversity and richness index showed an increased trend, and the evenness index showed a decreased trend form Suaeda community to Phragmites community.?2?There were the soil nutrients content in the three typical plant communities: the soil nutrients content of Phragmites community was the highest, and the Suaeda community was the lowest;on the correlation, there was a significantly positive correlation among various nutrient indexes.Soil salt content was shown as: the soil salt content of Suaeda community was the highest, and the Phragmites community was the lowest;on the correlation, there was a significantly positive correlation among various nutrient indexes?except HCO3-and p H?.And there was a negative correlation between HCO3-,p H and others salt index. In addition, the atmospheric temperature, atmospheric humidity and soil temperature of Suaeda community were the lowest, the Tamarix community was the highest. And the soil moisture of Phragmites community was the highest.on the correlation, there was a significantly negative correlation between soil moisture and atmospheric temperature, atmospheric humidity, soil temperature. There was a significantly positive correlation among atmospheric temperature, atmospheric humidity and soil temperature.?3?The soil organic carbon content of three plant community showed: Phragmites community>Tamarix community>Suaeda community, and the soil inorganic carbon content change was not significant. With the increase of soil depth, the SOC and SIC had decrease trend. The soil CO2 flux of three plant community showed: Phragmites community> Suaeda community >Tamarix community, and the soil CO2 flux of Phragmites community was much higher than other two communities.?4?Form Suaeda community to Phragmites community, the soil organic carbon had anincreasing trend and the inorganic carbon had no significant difference. The soil CO2 flux had an increasing trend. There was a significantly positive correlation between the SOC and soil nutrient, and the SIC showed positive correlation with the soil nutrient and salt. The atmospheric temperature, soil temperature and humidity were the main influence factors for the soil CO2 flux in the plant community.
