Mangrove wetland is a special kind of wetland ecosystems,connecting terrestrial and marine ecosystems,with important ecological and economic value,has an important role in protecting farmland,resist typhoons and tsunamis.Mangrove ecosystem with high biomass and carbon sequestration ability,play an important role in the ecosystem carbon cycle.This article in November-December,2013 in hainan Dongzhai harbor of mangrove reserve shanwei,zhushan conduct preliminary investigation,and within these two experimental region selected three kinds of mangrove communities as soil sampling points were,analysis different mangroves community soil environment organic carbon content,organic carbon storage,soil moisture content and soil bulk density distribution in the vertical direction characteristics and laws,Soil organic carbon,organic carbon storage comparison between different communities and region.And benthic environmental factors including soil,its important influence on benthic,by studying the benthic vertical distribution characteristics of soil organic carbon,for the global climate,the carbon cycle and carbon sequestration research provides data basis;The further understanding of the mangroves and benthic soil environment;Is helpful for the improvement of the mangrove wetland ecological environment and development.The results of the study are as follows:(1)soil organic carbon content of six kinds of mangrove communities are low in Dongzhai harbor of mangrove reserve,Shanwei soil organic carbon content is between 16.99 to 56.38 g/kg,the average level of 36.52 g/kg,zhushan soil organic carbon content is between 2.96 to 32.27 g/kg,the average level of 11.58 g/kg,soil organic carbon content at Shanwei is higher than that of zhushan;(2)From the vertical distribution,Shanwei Bruguiera gymnorrhiza community,Shanwei Bruguiera marina and Zhushan Rhizophora stylosa 0-20cm soil organic carbon content at the most,between soil 0-120cm,organic carbon content is generally declining trend;Zhushan Bruguiera marina organic carbon content increases with soil depth,the soil layer 110-120cm appear to a maximum of 19.95 + 19.95 g/kg;And Shanwei Kandelia candel community and Zhushan Bruguiera gymnorrhiza community organic carbon content in the 30-50 cm,at the highest organic carbon content;(3)soil organic carbon storage of six kinds of mangrove communities are low in Dongzhai harbor of mangrove reserve,Shanwei soil carbon storage between 27.35-101.84t/hm2,average carbon reserves 64.74t/hm2,Zhushan soil carbon storage between 6.36-71.79 t/hm2,average carbon reserves 24.65t/hm2;from the vertical distribution,in addition to zhushan Bruguiera marina community with the increase of soil carbon reserves is on the rise;The carbon storage of the rest of the community,with the increase of soil depth,on the whole is on the decline;(4)The 6 kinds of mangrove communities.in Dongzhai harbor of mangrove reserve,with the increase of soil depth,soil moisture of the overall trend is falling,in addition to the Rhizophora stylosa(the water content increases with depth trend is up);Shanwei soil moisture content between 30.18 to 50.52%,the average soil moisture content 40.29%;Zhushan soil moisture content between 8.74 to 47.70%,the average soil moisture content 26.48%.(5)The 6 kinds of mangrove communities in Dongzhai harbor of mangrove reserve,with the increase of soil depth,soil bulk density overall trend is increasing;Shanwei soil bulk density between 1.53-2.05g/cm3,average soil bulk density of 1.77g/cm3;Zhushan soil bulk density between 1.68-2.48g/cm3,average soil bulk density of 2.12g/cm3;(6)Soil organic carbon content and organic carbon storage were extremely significant positive correlation(P<0.01);In addition to the Zhushan Rhizophora stylosa community,other soil moisture content and soil bulk density of each community are very significant negative correlation(P<0.01);Various communities of soil moisture content,soil bulk density and soil organic carbon content does not exist significant correlation(P>0.05).
