Based on the development of mobile communication technology,mobile positioning technology and mobile terminal performance,the application model which combined with the location of services and mobile GIS has emerged,and plays an important role in many professional fields.On this basis,this paper designs and implements a mobile GIS system based on LBS.The system realizes the basic functions of navigation and positioning of traditional mobile GIS,and also increases the function which based on LBS,such as track record,historical track query,location sharing between friends and multiplayer track.The system is modeled by UML,and has developed the client and server of the mobile GIS based on LBS.The client of the system is divided into Android client and Web client.In accordance with the modular thinking,the client divides the main function into seven modules,including user module,positioning module,track query module,map operation module,friend management module,group management module,message reminder module.The Web client has the same functional module as the Android client,except that there is no positioning module.The Android client is developed by JAVA language,through the GPS navigation of Android smart device combined with the technology of base station positioning and WiFi-based positioning to collect positioning data,and use the local SQLite database to save user data,and then through the mobile terminal wireless communication network upload location data.Android client and server using the JSON data format which based on HTTP to interact with data.The server uses Apache+PHP+SQL Server architecture which developed web client and interface based on the ThinkPHP framework.In order to further optimize the function of the system,this paper has carried on the thorough research to the key technology such as the mobile localization technology,the map matching technology and the position renewal strategy and has done the following work: First of all,the paper designs a mobile positioning scheme for the system so that the mobileterminal can select the optimal positioning provider according to the actual situation and obtain the effective positioning data.At the same time,in this paper,the commonly used map matching algorithm is analyzed and the map matching algorithm based on this paper is designed to realize the accurate representation of the locating trajectory.At last,the system improves the shortcomings of the fixed positioning frequency of the traditional positioning system,and proposes a position updating strategy which dynamically changes the positioning frequency.It can not only optimize the positioning trajectory but also reduce the battery consumption of mobile terminal to a certain extent.Through the system test and the actual use of the situation,the system functions have reached the desired requirements,the entire system is running stable that can provide users with real-time and effective location services.
