In recent years,3D seismic exploration has been used as a major tool in oil and gas exploration and development.Although the cost of 3D seismic exploration is high,its value is increasingly recognized as one of the fastest growing fields in the geophysical field.3D seismic exploration is in a dilemma.It requires not only the highest precision of seismic acquisition,but also the lowest acquisition cost.Therefore,in the design of geometry,the design of the geometry should be based on the requirements of geological targets,and the technological design and economic cost will be taken into account.The main content of this paper can be summarized into three parts: first,the overview of the design of 3D geometry.The types of 3D seismic acquisition and geometry,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various types are described.According to the requirements of geometry of geological and geophysical conditions,task and method of processing software and acquisition costs were analyzed,the design principle and process design of 3D geometry are summarized.A detailed description of the demonstration method of 3D geometry parameters.Secondly,according to the geometry design of the actual seismic data,the parameters of the geometry,such as resolution,bin,offset,aperture,non longitudinal distance and fold,are optimized.Third,through the analysis and comparison of the actual seismic data,the influence of the geometry parameters on the subsequent processing interpretation is studied,so as to optimize the design of geometry and improve the quality of data.
