As the new generation of sequencing technology matures,genome sequencing data sustained rapid growth.Limit current genome data research question is not how to generate data,but how to analyze the genome data quickly.The genome data visualization processing is helpful for the researchers can better and more directly to observe the data,and find the intrinsic relationship between genome data,and the possibility of mutations and so on.Visual processing on genome data and related annotation data can released the researchers from the boring multifarious genome data characters files.So a lot time can be saved,and it make the researchers can focus on the data analysis.The coordinates of the reference genome data were displayed as the coordinate of the visual system,the relationship between the different sequence data was visually presented.Current genome visualization system is divided into two forms based on WEB and desktop program,due to the genome visualization system based on WEB is limited by external factors such as network bandwidth,transmission speed,which affect the visual system and user experience,this article will study the rapid genome visualization method,and implement the genome visualization system based on desktop applications,the system cabinet and convenient,can make data visualization processing work better and faster,make it convenient for PC individual uses.This research for the center with the visualization of the human genome data,the main research changes caused by variation of genetic information.This research is centered on the visualization of the human genome data,the main research changes caused by variation of genetic information.affect the speed and visual system of user experience.The method of rapid genome visualization was studied.Genome visualization system based on desktop program was completed.The system was compact and convenient,could better and faster to data visualization,convenient use of personal PC.This study is centered on the visualization of human genome data,the research is about the changes of genetic information caused by mutation.It realizes thevisualization of human genome data and sequence alignment structure data,It is more intuitive to visualize the common types of mutations such as mutation and inversion of genomic data.It benefits for the researchers to further study the reasearch of related diseases and drug development.The system provided a rich interactive operation such as selection,search,translation and zooming.An index construction method for a new generation sequencing data file based on B tree storage structure and R tree theory was proposed.Random reading algorithm completed the data reading and Bresenham line drawing algorithm completed the visual work.The method greatly improved the speed of the system.
