With the major reform and the boom of NGS, the accomplishment of the draft of the human genome and the launch of the 1000 genomes project, it make clear to all that the era of personal genome has becoming. Thus, how to manage these huge genomic data has become a thought-provoking challenge. This paper analyzes the information which the personal genome contains and the common format which biological society tends to use to record their annotations. This paper designs an uniform annotation data model to store personal genomic information. In addition, this paper use some shell scripts to transform the other genomic data formats into the GFF3 format automatically, in this way we resolve the problem about the integration of heterogeneous data. In order to satisfy the demand of exchanging data between different research groups, we use sequence ontology, a standard controlled word collections and the relationships, to type the genomic data and finish the SO-based semantic similarity search which can help biologists to do some data mining. We use GBrowse modules as visualization components, and MySQL asdatabase server to develop a network platform named Personal Genome Management System which can publish, store, browse and manage their genomic data. The system inherited the rich visualization features of GBrowse, it also extend the search feature of GBrowse by realizing the SO-based semantic similarity search engine. The system develops a data filter module to help biologist analyze the generic variation from the population aspect or the family aspect. The system maintain its data security by restrict the right that the visitors operate data.
