Prioninae belongs to Cerambycidae(Coleoptera). The subfamily is relatively small in Cerambycidae. There are more than 1000 species recorded in the world.According to the statistics of this study, about 7 species,30 genera and 117 species are recorded in China.Although the species of the subfamily is small,But:(1)The species within the same genus were highly similar in morphology,so it was difficult to identify by morphological classifications;(2)There are intra-species variations in the larger species, and sometimes the variation is large.(3)In the current classification system, there are too much genus elements,Within the genus there are many kinds of units. This paper describes the economic significance of Prioninae, and the research progress of taxonomy research at home and abroad. The current phylogenetic relationships of the Prioninae were uncleared and lack of previous studies in this area,In this paper, combined with hind wings, male and female genitalia and external morphological features and molecular means,Phylogenetic studies on the species of Prioninae were carried out.1.Taxonomy of Subfamily PrioninaeIn this paper, based on the phylogenetic research, clarify the classification of subfamily Prioninae, and give classification Search Tables,A new Chinese record was discovered(Aegosoma geroge Do,2015).Based on the original description of the species, the samples of the specimens and the type pictures of the specimens, and the views of other scholars,117 species of 30 genera of 7tribe of Prioninae were supplemented with detailed Chinese descriptions and the historical evolution and geographical distribution of each species, and main identification characteristics. The images of6 tribes,19 genera,49 species of male and 4 tribes,9 genera and 16 species of female were recorded. In addition, the male and female external genitalia of 6 tribes,19 genera and 45 species were dissected, and their characteristics were compared and ten characteristics of phylogenetic analysis were filtered. In addition, the hind wings of 6 tribes,19 genera and 50 species were dissected, and the characteristics of wing veins were compared, and the characteristics of wing veins with classificatory significance were described in detail.2.Identification and classification of the genus AegosomaExternal genitalia and the hind wings were dissected from the 40 specimens of the genus Aegosoma in China, and 14 COI sequences were extracted.According to the Ehara(1954)study,theaspect ratio of the parameres and the degree of bending of the Tegmen is a very important classification feature of the male genitalia in the genus Aegosoma.A.scabricorne(Scopoli,1763)and A.ornaticolle White,1853 and A.sinica white,1853 had stable differences in the shape and aspect ratio of the parameres and the degree of bending of the Tegmen. It can be seen from the molecular data that the intraspecific genetic distance of A.scabricorne(Scopoli,1763),A.ornaticolle White,1853 and A.sinica white,1853 is much less than the interspecific genetic distance,so these species should be three effective species. The results of this study support Danilevsky(2011),according to the difference between the morphological differences of A.sinica ornaticollis Gressitt,1951 and to promote it as an independent species, and also confirmed that Scopoli(1763): the body is dark brown, the posterior margin of the chest is flat on the small scissors, unlike A.sinica white,1853 has a little prominent, scutellum is more prominent individual elected to establish the A.scabricorne(Scopoli,1763).In addition, although there are stable differences in the shape and aspect ratio of the parameres, the degree of bending of the Tegmen, between A.hainanensis Gahan,1900 and A.sinica white,1853,but due to the lack of molecular data,we can,t provide more support of Danilevsky(2011)to promote it as an independent species.Genitalia of A.katsurai(Komiya,2000)were significantly different from other species within the genus, and the external morphological differences are also significant. However, due to the lack of molecular data,we can not have too much conclusion on the problem, only more evidence to get more accurate conclusions.3.Phylogeny of the subfamily PrioninaeAbout 186 morphological features including hind wings vein features and genital features of male and female were screened by examining specimens, searching literatures and contrasting mode photos.Using MP method and NJ method, based on the principles and methods of cladistics, the phylogeny in Prioninae is analysed in the present paper. The phylogenetic analysis of Prioninae in China was conducted as follows:(1)Phylogenetic Relationships among the Tribes of PrioninaeAnacolini,Eurypodini,Prionini and Callipogonini were clustered into a monophyletic group.Macrotomini and Remphanini were sister groups, and the phylogenetic relationships were Other groups are closer;the family Macrotomini and Rhaphipodus are monophyletic groups;the genus Rhaphipodus belong to Macrotomini;the family Aegosomatini is a monophyletic group,Spinimegopis should be independent of the Aegosomatini family, and a new race was established. The Vietetropis viridis belong to the Anacolini family.(2)Phylogenetic Relationships among the Genus of Prioninae(1)Aegosomatini: Dinoprionus,Metaegosoma,Baralipton,Megobaralipton,Rhineimegopis,Nepiodes,Palaeomegopis,Aegosoma, and Spinimegopis were clustered into a monophyletic group;Aegosoma and Metaaegosoma were sister groups with Which is more closely related to other genera in the family.(2)Anacolini: Casiphia,Drumontiana,Hystatoderes,Psephactus,Sarmydus, and Vietetropis were clustered into a monophyletic group;Vietetropis differentiated earlier and had more ancestry, more similar to ancestors;Psephactus Sarmydus is a sister group, and the genetic relationship between the two genera is closer than other groups. In the genus Casiphia,Flabelloprionus subgenus and Casiphia subgenus are sister groups, and the phylogenetic relationship Other groups are closer.(3)Prionini: Dorysthenes,Macroprionus,Mesoprionus,Prionoblemma,Prionomma,Priotyrannus and Psilotarus were clustered into a monophyletic group;Prionus was not clustered into a monophyletic group;Dorysthenes and Prionus were clustered into a single Macroprionus,Mesoprionus,Prionoblemma,Prionomma,Priotyrannus and Psilotarus were clustered into one monophyletic group. The five genera were more closely related to other taxa than others.(4)Others: In Remphanini, the genus Rhaphipodus and Remphan are sister groups, which have a close relationship with other genera. In Macrotomini,Anomophaysis is a sister group, with a closer genetic relationship than other genera in the family.(3)Phylogenetic Relationships among the Species of Prioninae(1)Aegosomatini: Spinimegopis lividipennis and Spinimegopis tibialis are sister groups of each other, the two species have a closer genetic relationship than other species;Palaeomegopis lameerei and Palaeomegopis komiyai are sister groups.Spinimegopis formasana and Spinimegopis formosana lanhsensis are sister groups, and they are closer to each other than other species.Spinimegopis delahayei and Spinimegopis fujitai are sister groups.Have a close relationship with other species.(2)Anacolini: Casiphia inopinata and Casiphia thibeticola are two sister groups, both belong to Casiphia, have a closer genetic relationship than other species;Casiphia szechuana and Casiphia yunnana are sister groups, two belonged to subgenus Flabelloprionus, and they were closer to each other than other species.Drumontiana amplipennis and Drumontiana lacordairei were sister groups, indicating that they were close relatives in the three species distributed in China.Sarmydus antennatus and Sarmydus loebli were sister groups,Both in the genus close relationship.(3)Prionini: Pr.Lameerei and Pr.Sifanicus are sister groups, the relationship between the two groups closer than the other groups.Pr.Siskai and Pr.Unilamellatus are sister groups, and the relationship is closer to each other.Pr.Sifanicus,Pr.Siskai and Pr.Unilamellatus and other groups of Sophora davidianus and their differentiation groups were earlier, more similar to their ancestors, and different from other species.D.igai,D.fossatus,D.elegans and D.elegans ishigakiensis are monophyletic groups, forming a species group, four more than other types of relationship closer.D.elegans and D.elegans ishigakiensis are sister groups, and the two groups are relatively close to each other.D.hydropicus,D.sternalis,D.paradoxus and D.pici were clustered into monophyletic groups, forming a species group, and four species were more closely related to other species.D.paradoxus and D.pici are sister groups, both of which are relatively close to each other.D.walkeri,D.granulosus,D.zivetta and D.zivetta laosensis were clustered into monophyletic groups, forming a species group, with four species being more closely related than others.
