Study On The Microbial Diversity By Feeding Black Soldier Fly Faeces

Black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens L.)is a diptera stratiomyidae hermetia is a species of insects,is a carrion insects,its larvae feeding miscellaneous,large appetite,strong resistance.Black soldier fly larvae for the processing of livestock and poultry waste,its concentrated feeding livestock and poultry dung,can effectively reduce the accumulation of waste,and black soldier fly as high quality animal protein feed,poultry and animal feces can be directly treated as raw materials for the organic fertilizer,black soldier horsefly is regarded as a great application prospect of utilization of insects.The results showed that a total of 1480 species of bacteria were obtained,belonging to 30 phylum,51 class,119 orders,206 families,450 genera and 738 species.Among them,the dominant bacterial groups in the insect manure and pig manure group(CS02)were Firmicutes(60.76%)and Bacteroidetes(32.33%).The dominant bacterial groups of pig manure group(Z02)were Firmicutes(78.50%)and Bacteroidetes(8.72%).The dominant flora of the intestinal tract(ITCS)of black soldier flies fed by the insect and pig manure groups were Firmicutes(88.79%)and Proteobacteria(6.36%).The dominant flora of ITZ in pig manure group was Firmicutes(99.34%)and Bacteroidetes(0.17%).In the fresh pig manure group(Z01),212 OUT of 398 species of 253 genera and 90 families,19 classes,38 orders,90 families,19 orders were detected.A total of819 otus of 314 species of 241 genera,93 families,21 classes,44 orders,93 families,21 classes,44 orders,93 families,21 genera,were detected in the fresh insect and pig manure group(CS01).After the experiment,a total of 787 otus were detected in the pig manure group(Z02).After the experiment,838 OTU of 515 species,339 genera,178 families,178 families,49 classes,105 orders,105 families,49 classes,105 orders,178 families,339 genera,were detected in the insect manure and pig manure group(CS02).After the experiment,a total of 165 OTU of 119 species,84 genera and 35 families,13 classes,18 orders,35 families and 18 orders were detected from the black soldier tabanus intestinal(ITZ)in pig manure group.After the experiment,a total of 223 species and 315 OTU were detected in the intestinal tract of black soldier tabanus(ITCS)fed by insect manure and pig manure.According to Chao and ACE index available: three groups of CS01,CS02,ITCS colonies of bacteria abundance relative to the highest,worm dung pig of microbial diversity is much higher than pig group,studies have shown that black soldier fly after fecula return feeding the residues in the intestines and the microbes in the richness and diversity,similarity,advantage bacterium group is much higher than pure black soldier fly group of pig feed.
