Based on Sphagnum palustre as experimental material,this paper studied the Sphagnum palustre under the condition of water stress at different physiological response,and explored the impact from disinfection and substrate cultivation and plant growth conditioning-agent in set rapid propagation system up with gametophyte of Sphagnum palustre for the material,for the next planting Sphagnum palustre and provide certain scientific basis and for the further development and utilization of resources.In this paper,the main conclusions are as follows:Experimental study plasma membrane permeability? water content of plant?osmotic regulation substances and protective enzyme activity and the chlorophyll content of Sphagnum palustre at four water condition cases such as the substrate was droughty? 75%? 100% and flooded.The results showed: Under the condition of 75% and 100%,the rangeability of plasma membrane permeability ? osmotic regulation substances and protective enzyme activity and chlorophyll content is less obvious;In drought and flood,stress resistance index of plants change is bigger and mostly on the rise,especially,the various indexes of Sphagnum palustre in drought conditions change significantly.It is showed that the drought is key limiting factor of the Sphagnum palustre growth,drought-resistant ability of Sphagnum palustre is far lower than the flood-resistant ability,the most growth of moisture conditions of Sphagnum palustre is 75% < C < 100%.Established the Sphagnum palustre rapid propagation system: Test explored the impact from disinfection and substrate cultivation and plant growth conditioning-agent in set rapid propagation system up with gametophyte of Sphagnum palustre for the material.Results indicate that: With the best combination of Sphagnum palustre gametophyte disinfection is 200 mg/L penicillin soaking 2.5h,and 75% alcohol disinfect 60 s,0.3%Naclo60s,the highest survival rate is 72%;The screening optimal culture medium is Beneck culture medium containing 2.6% sucrose ultimately with the gametophore to form in contrapose the gametophore development at different stages in the process of substrate cultivation;The beest gametophore growth medium is Beneck culture medium contains 2% sucrose;The influence of plant growth regulator is embodied in the seedling period had better choose 10-4 mol/L IAA,in adult to select 10-8 mol/L NAA,the effect was the best.Application value of Sphagnum palustre is extremely high in the flowers,gardening,and drug extraction for fruits and vegetables,and other fields has been widely used.It is an essential ingredient of the herbs cultivation substrate and the important factor of enhance the survival rate of grafted seedlings,it is the indispensable element of soil and water conservation.The research results will provide a basis data for further development and utilization Sphagnum palustre planting and resources.
