In the process of rapid urban construction, urban environmental problems are often ignored.Urban environmental problems, such as large emissions of automobile exhaust, poor noise partition and large emissions from construction and production, have become increasingly prominent. In addition to using urban open space to build all kinds of green space to provide leisure and entertainment places for urban residents,we should also use facade space, urban dead corners and other flexible Spaces that are often ignored by us to beautify the city, purify the air of the city and create urban landscape.Bryophytes emerge at the historic moment in this environment, which plays an important role in building new urban space, restoring ecological landscape and creating a unique living environment. The traditional way to obtain Leucobryum glaucum is to collect it from the field.A large number of bryophytes collection will destroy the natural ecological balance, resulting in soil erosion, soil salinization and other problems. The traditional collecting method is not conducive to the transportation and rapid landscape formation of the moss.Based on the above reasons, through the study of the physiological response to drought stress and the study of the reproduction technology of different moss mat and substrates, the suitable moss and substrates for the growth of Leucobryum glaucum were selected,as well as the suitable moisture value for the growth of Leucobryum glaucum. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Physiological response to drought stress of Leucobryum glaucumBy setting the 5 groups of moisture gradient(0%,10%,20%,30%,40%),28 days experiment was carried out by applying the method of control variables. The external morphology, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, cell membrane permeability, malondialdehyde content, chlorophyll content, free proline content, superoxide dismutase activity and peroxidase activity of Leucobryum glaucum were measured at 0,7,14 and 28 days, respectively. The results showed that the stress resistance indexes of Leucobryum glaucum had obvious changes when the substrate moisture was 0%and 10%.Under drought conditions(0%of substrate moisture),the stress resistance index of Leucobryum glaucum increased the most. With the increase of water value, the stress resistance indexes of Leucobryum glaucum changed gradually. When the moisture value is 20%,the stress resistance index value tends to be flat When the moisture value was 30%,the stress resistance index value was more flat. When the moisture of substrate was 40%,the Index number of some stress resistance showed an upward trend. Therefore, drought, water shortage and water flooded environment are not suitable for the growth of Leucobryum glaucum, water value between 20%and 30%,the most suitable for the growth of Leucobryum glaucum.(2)Propagation and culture of Leucobryum glaucum with different MATS and substratesThe experiment was divided into three groups:the study on the propagation of Leucobryum glaucum with different MATS,propagation of the same mosses on different substrates of Leucobryum glaucum and propagation of compound matrix of Leucobryum glaucum. In the first two groups of experiments, biomass, color evaluation, coverage and chlorophyll content were detected. In the third group, biomass, color evaluation, coverage, chlorophyll content and electrical conductivity were measured.By comparing the results of the three experiments,it is concluded that 3D moss fabric+phytolite(SZJ),3D moss fabric+red clay(SC)and mushroom residue+phytolite 5:5(GZ55)are the most suitable for the propagation of Leucobryum glaucum.Three application forms of white hair moss in garden landscape are summarized:platform small container micro-landscape,elevation vertical greening landscape and three-dimensional landscape. The results of the first two experiments were applied to landscape application, and the selection of application sites, plant configuration and maintenance management were summarized.
