In this paper,we start from the L,review the basic interaction and Higgs mechanisms.The Standard model of particle physics are reviewed in detail,including basic interaction and Higgs mechanism.The Standard model is a phenomenological theory which describes strong,weak and electromagnetic interaction known as three basic interaction.It belongs to the category of quantum field theory and compatible with quantum mechanics and special relativity.Until now,almost all of the above three kinds of interaction of the experimental results make no difference with the theoretical prediction of the Standard model.However,there are also many defects in the standard model.Including big CP violate origin,the intrinsic attributes of dark matter and their interactions,the nature of dark energy,hierarchy problem,etc.Thus,searching the model beyond Standard model becomes one of the primary task of particle physics.In the Standard model,because of the small off-diagonal element,tree level FCNC is strongly suppressed.But a variety of new physics model's prediction will lead to FCNC significant boost and be ruled out.So theFCNC couplings become one of the breakthrough of looking for a new physical model.In this paper,under the LHeC,we consider the associate production process of top quark and Higgs boson and make accurate simulation analysis to FCNC couplings.We study the single top and Higgs associated production e-p ??e?t ? ?eh?q(h ? b?b)in the top-Higgs FCNC couplings at the LHeC with the electron beam energy of Ee= 60 GeV and Ee= 120 GeV,combination of a 7 TeV and 50 TeV proton beam.With the possibility of e-beam polarization(pe= 0,±0.6),we distinct the Cut-based method and the Multivariate Analysis(MVA)based method,and compare with the current experimental and theoretical limits.It is shown that the branching ratio Br(t ? uh)can be probed to 0.113(0.093)%,0.071(0.057)%,0.030(0.022)% and 0.024(0.019)% with the Cut-based(MVA-based)analysis at(Ep,Ee)=(7 TeV,60 GeV),(Ep,Ee)=(7 TeV,120GeV),(Ep,Ee)=(50 TeV,60 GeV)and(Ep,Ee)=(50 TeV,120 GeV)beam energy and 1?level.With the possibility of e-beam polarization,the expected limits can be probed down to 0.090(0.073)%,0.056(0.045)%,0.024(0.018)% and 0.019(0.015)%,respectively.This not only strengthens the theoretical constraints on the experimental results,but also achieve a better effect on the the FCNC coupling on the IHC.
