Higgs boson's discovery opens a new era for the particle physics,precision measurement of the coupling between Higgs boson and other fundamental particles can help to determine if this new scalar particle with mass 125GeV is the Higgs Boson.Higgs boson is predicted by the Standard Model,which gives fermion particles' mass through its Yukawa coupling.That's why it is so important to precision test the Yukawa coupling constant between Higgs boson and fermions.For the Higgs boson's mass equals to !25GeV,the main decay channel is Higgs boson decays to a pair of bottom and anti-bottom quarks(the branch ratio is 57.7%).But due to the overwhelming QCD background,it has nearly no possible to check the Yukawa coupling directly through Higgs boson decays to the bottom quarks.There are three ways for the experimenters to test the Yukawa coupling between Higgs boson and bottom quark directly through Higgs decays to bottom and anti-bottom pair,which are vector boson fusion(VBF),associate production with vector bosons(VH)and associate production with top quarks.With the Large Hadron Collider finished its Run-I phase.After analyzing data from Run-I,it shows no clearly conclusion about the Higgs boson interaction with b-quarks.The associated production of the Higgs with b-quark can also be used to test the Yukawa coupling,this brings a further interest for the experimenters and theorists to study this process.We studied measure the Yukawa coupling by Higgs boson associates product with a single bottom quark and decays to diphoton channel.We choose diphoton channel because as the Higgs discovery channel,it has good resolution on the diphoton resonance and also free from the QCD background.We performed numerical simulation for the process pp? Hb,H? ??,and choose some effectively cuts based on the simulation,we get when LHC gets its luminosity to 3000fb-1,the ratio between the signal and the background is 1.67,which shows hopefully in the future when LHC upgrade to the High-Luminosity LHC we can study the associate Higgs production with a single bottom quark.
