The vast ocean contains extremely rich marine resources,recognizing,developing and utilizing the ocean is the priority among priorities of the research and development in twenty-first Century,is the only way which must be passed by the marine power to realize the goal of marine power.Marine environmental monitoring and marine survey often need to carry to long-term measurement of deep sea environment in real time;the real time measurement system of vertical section of deep sea is a kind of marine observation equipment which is used to measure the vertical section of the ocean,it can be used for long-term,fixed-point,real-time acquisition of hydrological,water quality and other vertical profiles of marine environment parameters.The real time monitoring system for vertical section of deep sea is a kind of profile observation system with automatic lifting function,the profile measuring platform can be used to collect and store the profile data along the upper and lower parts of the mooring cable,and the observation data can be transmitted to the main floating body after the end of the section measurement period,the main floating body collects the data of the main floating body through the control communication,and sends the whole profile observation data to the ground receiving station,finally the communication buoy is recovered.This system not only has the advantages of potential targets,usually in the 100 meters underwater,but also has the strength of buoy communication buoy,which can be released by satellite to transmit data,so as to realize the three-dimensional marine environment monitoring for Deep Ocean provides an efficient,economic,safe,hidden measurement.In this paper,the technology of data acquisition and control system of vertical profile real-time measurement system is studied.Firstly,we discussed the design of the overall scheme deep ocean profiling system,Secondly,according to the specific function of technical index profile measurement platform subsystem,main buoy subsystem and communication subsystem on the buoy system of hardware design,then the functional requirement of each subsystem are introduced and the design of embedded software is introduced,finally the function test for each part of the hardware and software subsystem,combined with test to verify the real-time measuring system of vertical profile of deep-sea marine elements reliable laboratory testing and deep sea cloth,to achieve the desired design goals.At the end of this paper,the technical design and application of the vertical profile measurement system for deep sea elements are summarized and prospected.
