In this paper, by using some new conditions, we describe the existence ,uniqueness and exponential stability of solutions of the following cellular neural networks system with impulses(ICNNs):In the paper, we divide the discussion into four sections.In the first section: we study the existence and uniqueness of anti-periodic solutions of the above equations, obtain a new result(see Chapter 2).In the second section: we study the existence and uniqueness of general solutions of the above equations, obtain a new result (see Chapter 3).In the third section: we study exponential stability of solutions of the above equations, obtain a new result(see Chapter 4).In the fourth section: we give two examples to illustrate that our results are new(see Chapter 5).
