In the paper, we mainly study the existence and stability of equilibrium of neutral cellular neural network modeland periodic solution of neutral cellular neural network modelwhich both models are described by nonlinear neutral delayed differential equations.The paper consists of three chapters. In chapter 1 we mainly introduce the background, significance of the problem we investigate and its recent development. In chapter 2 and chapter 3, taking advantage of Brouwer's fixed point theory and M matrix and Mawhin coincidence degree and delayed differential inequality techniques, we respectively obtain novel criteria of the existence and global attraction and global exponential stability of equilibriums to model (1) as well as the existence and global exponential stability of periodic solutions to model (2).
